“My order was very straightforward, it's easy to customise and they will tell you if something isn't compatible. Price was ok not a fan of the credit company novuna. The box on delivery was opened and the DPD driver wasn't sure what happened but everything was in the box so no qualms there. Overall the next time I need a new unit I will be ordering here”

“This is my 2nd computer made by PC Specialists. The 1st one was purchased in 2017 and the only reason for a new one was due to an operating system needing to be upgraded. The team at PC Specialist are very helpful and go above and beyond your expectations. Amazing quality, great value for money and amazing customer service.”

“Great service, as always. Communication was good throughout. There were some issues with my order - parts that were unavailable or incompatible - but they were resolved quickly. The PC was delivered in a reasonable time and I'm very happy with the results.”

“Wanted to purchase a PC for my daughter to help her with her university course - I know nothing about computers but I had a certain specification which her tutor had given her - I passed the spec over to PC Specialist and they advised me of the kit that she needed even advising on changing one or two things around to speed the PC up for her. The transaction went very smoothly and PC Specialist kept me informed at every step with regular updates as to where the PC was in its build stage. The PC was delivered by courier as and when they said it would. I personally delivered it myself to my daughter at Uni and by the time I got home she had already installed it with the instructions she had been given by PC Specialist. Overall a very positive experience.”

“Design website was clear and easyvto use. Pricing was clear. I called the helpline re an offer and the operator was helpful and courteous. The ststed timescales for build, test and delivery where reasonable and were met. I was able to track the process on line - again very eaily. Delivery was as stated and the info provided by email and with my computer, related to set-up was concise and easy to follow. Iam very happy with the product and the service and would recommend PCS and would definitely use them again without any hesitation. This was my first foray into specifying a configuration for a pc so used the website to research and cost a set-up for MSFS 2020 and other simulation packages. I compared with their competitors but PCS allowed me to compromise where I was comfortable rather than accept a lower spec on a component. E.g many offered a lower spec motherboard to keep their prices down. I opted for a good spec from the choice offered but the price was still reasonable.”

“After my last desktop finally gace up the ghost I decided to turn to PCS for my next system. We use PCS computers where I work and I have been very impressed with my station. Very quiet, very efficient and a joy to use compared to previous equipment. I'm not a gamer but I did know what I wanted from my new desktop and the self configuration process on the website enabled me to spec what I wanted - maximum RAM and a fast processor and I'm sorted. Pricewise I found it relatively competitive to others where I specified similar systems. The build process is manged superbly and I was kept in the loop at every stage. I particularly like the 360 degree image of the PC at the build stage so that I could have a look around as such. Delivery was about as expected and the installation process painless. I did have a minor booting glitch which was quickly sorted by Technical Support. I now have the ultra fast system I wanted, it's lovely and quiet and I am looking forward to using the system. Quality product from a quality company - recommended!”

“Over the years we've had 3 desktops and 3 laptops with never a problem. You can trust this company for ease of ordering ,good service and quality hardware. I never buy elswhere. NB:On my last order the delivery guy let the PC slip out of the bottom of the box....not sure if it fell....but the pc was well padded and seems OK. Extra strapping around package is to be recommended.”

“PC Specialist built my previous PC which served me well for 7 years. Never had a single problem with it in that entire time. Naturally, when I decided to get a new one, it only made sense to use them again. It looks great, works great, no issues so far and I've had it for coming up to almost 2 months. If you pick parts that don't work together, they do a quick check to let you know, which is super helpful. I would definitely recommend them.”
