“I have recently received my custom built desktop machine and i an very happy with the quality, price and time from order to delivery. Contact with the company is second to non via the telephone and i was kept up to date as the biuld of my mache progressed. I have no qualms in recommending PC Specialist as an excellent company to deal with.”

“A Great professional service order was exactly to my specification packaged safely with all the manuals support disks and extra cabling if needed to add extra drives . This is the second machine I have bought from PC Specialist first one was a laptop many years ago that is still working well , I can highly recommend this company for all your computer needs.”

“Solid built, wanted something half done so I could add parts which I already had - took time but that's to be expected only minor suggestion would be to have the PCI-E cable more easy to get access too as mine was quite stowed away by cable ties. Over all though, solid service.”

“Building the dream PC was easy to do and even though it took a while to get here it was so well made! (Bonus points for the cable management) I had a little issue but the technical support team were so helpful and took their time making sure everything was working properly rather than just dismissing me, 100% would recommend”

“Desktop arrived shiny and safe (it took the full 4 weeks, but I was always kept up to date about build time). My brain is pretty much a tech-free zone, so I rang the idiot-hotline for help and advice after receiving the computer. Their telephone support was exemplary; very patient with me and genuinely willing (and able!) to help. All round, very, very good service.”

“There are not many companies that are willing to devote a two hour phone call to ensure that I received the best spec high-end Desktop PC. Arrived safe and sound, setting up took minimal of fuss. Am really happy with computer after 12 years of making do with a HP Bell. Excellent customer service and support. Certainly one of the best companies of their class in the UK.”

“Fantastic from start to finish. I had no idea what I needed for a gaming PC for my son and the guys were a great help. Several emails back and forward to get to the final design within my budget, I'm delighted with the product. Emails to keep me up to date with the build were great and delivery was when expected.”

“Amazing quality and price for the PC (especially for the current climate). Generally long wait time. However, the wait was understandable due to the parts which were ordered and the time as to which they were ordered. PC is running perfectly and even better than anticipated over the last month. Would definitely look into buying again when it comes to upgrading!”

“Arrived as promised. General build is tidy and well done but all fans at 100%. I managed to solve this via BIOS as advised by telephone support, which was accessed without difficulty. Prices seemed competitive. Choice a bit limited but this is understandable in current climate. This is my second purchase and I will probably purchase again in a few years. Overall can recommend.”

“Very professional company. Knowing the whole procedure will take long they kept me informed regularly. Package came well protected. Everything with the machine was excellent. There was only one problem but who is perfect? I definitely will use them again and recommend them to anyone who will want to buy a computer. The one problem was that there was no option "I have my own optic drive" under "optic drive". Therefore I selected option "I don't need one". Because of that they run the cables in a way that I had to rerun them. That's it. Apart from that an excellent seller.”
