“Amazing quality and price for the PC (especially for the current climate). Generally long wait time. However, the wait was understandable due to the parts which were ordered and the time as to which they were ordered. PC is running perfectly and even better than anticipated over the last month. Would definitely look into buying again when it comes to upgrading!”

“Arrived as promised. General build is tidy and well done but all fans at 100%. I managed to solve this via BIOS as advised by telephone support, which was accessed without difficulty. Prices seemed competitive. Choice a bit limited but this is understandable in current climate. This is my second purchase and I will probably purchase again in a few years. Overall can recommend.”

“Very professional company. Knowing the whole procedure will take long they kept me informed regularly. Package came well protected. Everything with the machine was excellent. There was only one problem but who is perfect? I definitely will use them again and recommend them to anyone who will want to buy a computer. The one problem was that there was no option "I have my own optic drive" under "optic drive". Therefore I selected option "I don't need one". Because of that they run the cables in a way that I had to rerun them. That's it. Apart from that an excellent seller.”

“If you want to spec. your bespoke PC, "PC Specialist" web site is the place to visit. Easy to use web site with a large range of products at reasonable prices. Final product arrives well packed via DPD. There is quite a lead time for production etc. but you are given an estimate of lead time when ordering and are kept up to date on progress. Very pleased with my experience.”

“Easy to use website with really competitive prices when compared to the competitors. Was provided with regular updates on my order and any questions I had where responded to promptly. Delivery was agreed on a Saturday which DPD failed to pick up but they ensured that it would be delivered on the Tuesday and refunded me the additional delivery charge without me even asking. The machine that turned up was in generally very well built with the exception of two of the fans being installed on the aio the wrong way round but overall really happy with the experience”

“Despite the lack of contact/my need for having it sooner than the expected time, and considering the shortages around the world right now, my OTT build was built, tested, and dispatched in a matter of a few weeks. Hassle free transaction, GREAT quality and I could not be more happier!! Great price, great team, super super happy. The PC is now the heart of Twitch.tv/QuantumSGT (shameless plug, I know).”

“Well constructed. Delivered to the timetable promised. I did not though receive tracking information until the delivery driver was at my door - and I wasn’t in. Fortunately the neighbour was. PC well packed and easy to set up.”

“This is the second PC I get built by PC specialist and again, I am very happy with the purchase. Very easy to select components and create your own build. It took longer to get built and delivered than in the past but given the current situation it was fine and it was well within their expected delivery time. I had a question about the RGB Fans on the Case and they help me. Highly recomended”

“Took a while to get to me after ordering (about 1 month) but in the present climate I think that is to be expected. Emails I sent enquiring about this were replied to the same day so I was kept informed on the process stages. Once it arrived on my doorstep it took very little time to unpack and have it up and running - less than 20 minutes I reckon. Took a look inside and the cable management looks top class and everything is neatly put together. Upgrading from an I7 4770 / EVGA 2070 Super to an Ryzen 5900X / 3080TI with M.2 SSD's so noticed a rather large speed increase. I have to say that so far i have had no problems and I am delighted with the build. Thanks PC Specialist - I have already recommended them to a couple of friends.”

“The PC is excellent and arrived on schedule. I had a couple of technical questions which the team were able to help me with effectively. Availability of graphics cards is a huge plus! If you're looking for a new PC or laptop I'd recommend this company!”

“I would highly recommend PC Specialist when looking to purchase a new PC, the customer service when contacted was brilliant and answered all questions. The build price and delivery was all of a reasonable level and timeframe as expected. The PC that showed up looks amazing, there is good cable management throughout and it works like a dream. I couldn't be happier with the product or the overall experience.”

“Very good customer experience. The PC arrived on time in great condition and was a breeze to set up. It's fast, powerful and quiet. A comparable PC from a leading brand would have been at least 25% more expensive. There was a minor issue setting up the wifi card to connect to my printer but Dylan was super helpful sorting it out, spending over two hours on the phone to resolve the problem. All in all I am delighted with PC Specialist.”

“Well respected site for custom PCs although some level of knowledge is required to make an informed decision - we had a knowledgeable family friend help my teenager with specifications. Longer lead-time than expected but pressure on supply chain and working environment understood: Maybe a bit more clarity and accuracy would be useful to manage customer expectations. The finished product is superb and final delivery/packaging really well thought through.”

“Pc came within time few little teething problems ie memory sticks were slightly loose but thats to be expected due to the transport but once i sorted them out the pc is fantastic ive already had 1 pc from these guys never seem to fail loving every moment of it cant reccomend enough”

“I'm mostly happy honestly, the computer arrived and it was fine. The only issues for me were that there was slightly less choice than I would have liked as it came to components. As well as their website page displaying cases that werent actually in stock when ordering. I would have liked to see more cooling options for the cpu but nothing at fault with the hardware. The main issue was just the long delivery time. about 30 days total from order to delivery, this being said my components were cheaper than they would have been had I bought them elsewhere and it deals with the complex assembly stuff would say a pretty good option overall!!”
