“Always wanted a custom pc but was nervous about building it myself. PC specialist took the stress out of it and sent me the computer I wanted already built. While choosing parts they would make recommendations that made sense and saved money. Great service will recommend to others and will use again myself”

“I did quite a bit of online research before choosing a new mini pc from PC Specialist. I particularly liked their online system that allows you to build your own machine. It was very easy to use, provided you know the sort of components you would like - although it takes you through step by step in a logical manner, with hints & tips for each item. The price of each item is added up as you go, so if you are on a tight budget you can control the overall price. The value of the completed pc I thought was extremely competitive. It took a little longer than I expected for PC Specialist to build & test my pc, but I wasn’t in a great hurry. So far the pc is working as I hoped, & I am very pleased with my purchase.”

“We have bought that many computers asking the seller for advice and never found the right one until my son told me about PC SPECIALIST then talked me through it asking what I wanted out of a computer,they was very good keeping me informed about the status of my order delivery was good and as for the computer it’s the best I’ve ever had and would recommend them to anyone a very happy customer.”

“I bought a laptop from PC specialist and am very happy with the purchase. The website is very clear and it was easy to choose which model and how to customize it. Once I placed the order everything was straightforward: you can see the status of the order on the website, and when I contacted customer service to have confirmation that the delivery date would be met, they were very polite and swift. There were no delays with my parcel, even with the current covid situation and with a delivery from Uk to Sweden. I have been working with the laptop for 2 weeks and I have had no issues. I would recommend pc specialist 100%”

“The ordering process was amazing. I was not sure of the spec my son needed so the sales rep took me through each item explaining why it would be suitable and kept within my budget. I was kept well informed of the order progress. Getting to the build stage took a few weeks, which was the only frustrating bit of the process, as most of us like to get our goods quickly, but once there, the process was just a few days. My son loves his PC, and if I buy another, it will definitely be from PC Specialist.”

“My original computer failed and I looked around for a replacement. I had particular requirements so could not get one off the shelf. PC specialist offered most of what I wanted at a good price. its early days but everything is working fine. The only downside which seems to be common to a lot of customers was the length of time it took to supply the order.”

“They are professional and they kept in touch what stages they are at. Delivery and instruction was clear. Both fantastic and good quality with built to high-end job. This is our 2nd ordered with PC specialist, as our first son did exactly the same, saved and brought with PC specialist - with few months apart. I have both very happy sons, loving their first brand new gaming PC. (They have actually saved this up by doing newspapers round for 2 years - with their own hard earn money) Thank you.”

“The PC was easy to set up and the instructions were very clear. Everything works correctly and I am very happy with it. The only negative I would say is that after ordering my PC, it was in the pre-production stage for quite a while, nearly a month, and I didn't have many indications of how much longer I needed to wait other than the standard messages. Other than this, PC specialist was very good and easy to use and I would recommend it to others.”

“It did take a long time for my pc to be processed, however once I receive the email telling me my pc was in the building process I was exceptionally happy with the time it took to complete everything and get it delivered to me. The regular updates on the pc during the building and testing process are great also. The pc look banging, overall I am a very happy customer.”

“Ordered a custom made PC. Once order was made, the website was useful in providing the status of the order. PC took about 5 weeks from order to arriving. Delivery occurred on day requested. PC is in working order after a few days of use. Correspondence from PC Specialist was professional and courteous. Strongly recommend.”

“I purchased a Fusion Ultimate package with an original quoted build date of 14-17 working days, when my current work from home/personal gaming rig gave up the ghost. Initially upon order the sates were pushed to 19-21 working days. Probably due to Covid rules etc, I thought no big, just gotta be patient, but come 21 days, still not even in to build, and no notification that it was unexpectedly taking longer for reasons. Got to working day 23, more than a week and half working days wise beyond the initial quotes, and goes into build. Once at that stage though, it was built, tested and sent to dpd to deliver the next day. So that part was fast. All parts appear to be there. Just wish it had given me more options for cooling, as it told me I did not have space for the original attempt for Fans, but there is plenty of space to switch out on the front, or on the side intake of this case for a full length set of ARGB fans to replace the 2 it has. Otherwise great rig, getting work done, and great quality under load.”

“I have recently purchased a custom build PC from PC Specialist and I am very happy with the PC bulid. I am a computer engineer and work as a Datacentre Architect so specified each component individually. The PC is for my boy to study but also play occasional games and he is so happy as its very snappy. The build is very neat. I thought for a second about moving memory to the A slots but the CPU fan is vey close so I guess that's why the builder put the chips in th B soots so I left it untouched. The initial order phases took a bit longer than expected but then build and delivery was very quick so I guess it was wating for the custom components to be sourced. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and think that got quite a good PC for the money because of the individually selected components.”
