“Ease of use of the website and good details help to decide build”

“My order was built and despatched quicker than was initially estimated. During the ordering process their technicians made suggestions as to the compatibility of the components i’d selected and any suggestions they had. There was an issue with the availability of one of my components and so to avoid delaying the build they upgraded it to a better more expensive part at no extra cost. My computer is very well put together and I have had no issues with setting it up or it’s running. I am very pleased with the service I received, I have never ordered a custom built PC before but the process was very smooth and simple.”

“Their ordering process is easy and they put together a PC according to my specifications, checking that all the components made sense and went together properly. Speed of construction and delivery was excellent, quicker than promised, with daily updates on progress and tracking of the transit. Everything seems to be as ordered and is working fine. “Delivery time as specified on website, could be more descriptive in processing and building/testing period to keep customers informed. When delivered it was packaged safely. Worked right out the box and no problems except some minor bug with the motherboard where it gives me error beeps but nothing Is wrong with the PC.”

“We bought a few high-end PCs, and the desktop has all been good, but they were not cheap. However, the Laptop that cost more than £2000 Keep break and we can not trust it, so it is a paperweight would highly recommend it for Desktop PC, but we would not buy any laptop from them again and would stay with Lenovo”

“I have had quite a few issues with the PC that we bought, but they have been good about responding and fixing issues. The repairs can take quite a long time, but they communicate well and don't try and tell you nothing is wrong. Their technical help line is quick to answer and very knowledgeable.”
