“My order was built, tested and dispatched in under a week and arrived in great condition. The few software-related issues I came across were addressed by their superb customer support team who were patient and helped me fix everything in a timely manner. I'm very happy with my purchase and will definitely buy from them again in the future.”

“In the past I've had to make a return to PC Specialist for a repair and the process was great. They kept me informed and fixed my problem, getting my PC back to me safe and sound. This time I bought a new PC and once again everything was great. The PC arrived in good time, very securely and carefully packed, and worked perfectly out of the box. I've recommended PC Specialist to other people and they have always been really satisfied with what they have bought. Being able to easily configure exactly what you want and see clearly what the pricing and options are is another reason I use PC Specialist. I just don't think you get this level of service, quality and fair pricing from other PC sales companies. Very happy customer.”

“I ordered my first PC from PC Specialist in 2009. Unfortunately, there was as issue with the Graphics card. I contacted the PC Specialist customer service team, and they were very helpful in trying to resolve the issue. However, it soon became apparent that it was a fault in the card itself and it needed to be replaced. They offered to have the entire PC collected and fixed, but luckily, I had a computer savvy friend that offered to exchange the cards for me, so PC Specialist ended up simply replacing the card, and it worked perfectly after that. I bought my second PC from them in 2016. This one did not have any issues at all and that I was super happy with. It lasted me a long time, and although it is still going strong, some of the components are now out of date, and it was time for an upgrade. I bought my current PC a couple of weeks ago, and the build and delivery time was the best it has been to date. Great cable management, all cables properly connected. I had to have this one delivered abroad, and the CS Team was super helpful in answering all my questions regarding shipping and VAT. PC Specialist also send emails explaining how to set up your PC once it arrives, which I found extremely helpful the first time I bought a PC from them. I have more experience now, but it's still a nice extra service that just shows how much they care about their product and their wish for you to enjoy it once it arrives. I could not be any happier with the product, the build, the shipping or the service, and even having moved away from the country I will keep buying my future PCs from PC Specialist.”

“Haven't had a PC in more than a decade so I really liked their ordering process for a custom PC. Great service overall and delivery with DPD was great. Everything inside was well packaged. I have one issue with a GPU fan rattling while playing heavy games that I need to contact them about however I still need to use the PC for a bit before I can do that - it seems to be an issue with the model itself Zotac RTX3070. So far I'm very happy with PC Specialist, the custom PC looks really good and the cable management is very neat.”

“Excellent service. Had my previous computer from them which functioned for 11years without problems. Backup Hard drive finally failed and software update corrupted the system, so decided to go for an update. I transferred Dvd reader, vdu, keyboard and sound system that are all functioning well to date. I'm 79, not computer literate and delighted with the result. If my new system works for as long and as well as the previous one I shall be highly chuffed.”

“I've used PC Specialist before and they're now my 'go-to' for computers. Easy to specify what I wanted and a very quick response when I wanted to check something about my proposed graphics card before confirming this order. Delivery was a little over a week. Excellent company!”

“Kept uptoo date with the build and was a vert fast process. No issues untill now either usb ports in asus tuf z690 plus but hopefully hear back soon from pcs, other than that the pc has been fantastic”
