“Excellent service, top-quality PCs and excellent delivery, will definitely use it again! Really loving my new PC, thanks to the staff for putting this beauty together! ----Full Review Below---- The website is simple to use and goes into great detail about PC builds suitable for casual users up to streamers and professional graphic designers. Picking your PC parts is so simple and every item has an easy to understand description going into detail about what is featured on the part like motherboard slots and if it has WIFI. Very simple to put your PC build together and the website lets you know if the parts are compatible or if they are out of stock before you submit the order. Payments are quick and they give a detailed update on the progress of where your PC build is in the order form. From order to delivery everything was so fast! and delivery was well-packaged to protect the PC. It came with a welcome box with all the manuals and extra cables too. Honestly, top quality product.”

“Super fast turn around. Good price - obviously it is cheaper to do it yourself but if you lack the knowledge or confidence then this is a great option! Nice staff and no fuss. Dead impressrd 😀”

“Great setup, great service, great performance. The website was easy to use and highlighted incompatability. Not a huge range of cases though. I ordered a 6950xt GPU but it would not fit any of the mid-full tower cases with 240mm-360mm AIO's so I had to use a H60 120mm AIO instead. Paired with a 5800X3D CPU the H60 was simply not enough to keep the CPU temps down as much as I would have liked. I ended up ordering a Dark rock pro 4 to compensate so problem solved. Overall, a stellar service provided by a top notch company and would definitely recommend to family and friends.”

“So far so good. Ordered a custom build from them having bought a custom laptop from them back in 2018 and was very easy to navigate the site and the service was rapid. I've used their support in the past and all was good, so I imagine the same will be the case if I need them for this build!”

“I haven't been this impressed by a company in... I can't remember how long! It's been my first time using PC Specialist and indeed creating my own computer (I wanted a beefy machine for video editing, with better specs than the more expensive off-the-shelf solutions from Dell, PC World etc). They have perfected a blend of clever sales automation and UK-based human customer care (who really know their stuff). I've gone from being someone slightly nervous of a choosing my own PC components, to a more confident tech user AND advocate of PC Specialist. Very impressed that I could call someone and they could go through my suggested parts to check that I was getting the right stuff for what I needed. Not only that, they were very fast and the build quality is second to none. I'm a fan!”

“I chose to go with PC Specialist because of the large availability of components to customise the build process. My expectations were surpassed. The cable tidy within the case and the general build is considerably better than I'd be able to do myself. It looks professional. I selected an expedited shipping option and the target for dispatch was met, so I was very happy about that. There's a note on a review below about the courier being problematic - I think that depends on your local service. DPD was used and for my local area they're extremely reliable, so I continued to be happy with that as well. I have been recommending PC Specialist to friends.”

“From pressing the button to order my laptop to when the build started was less than 1 hour. very efficient service during the build, as you are kept appraised of progress. The only thing that let them down was the courier service which took over a week for them to deliver (DPD). would suggest that they look for an alternate courier as I have had problems with them with order through other companies. Support is really efficient as well. Had an issue with the Windows not being activated and they remote connected and sorted it out in a flash. Would highly recommend.”

“The specification setup was easy and clear. I phoned customer service with some questions and they were very helpful. I received an email at every stage of the build and testing process. The computer arrived in five days exactly as promised, setting up was simple and the computer is working perfectly. This is the second purchase from pc specialist, the first was 12 years ago and the pc is still working! This is why I came back to them. Very happy customer”

“My laptop was assembled with a faulty thermostat. I only noticed it after 60 days, just very loud fan, randomly switched on when browsing web. I called customer service, they checked it remotely and promised a priority repair, so I sent it back (otherwise I probably wouldn't). Unfortunately, I didn't note down the name of the tech I spoke to. I've been waiting for the laptop for 6 weeks now. Today, after contacting them for the 10th time, I was asked to 'show a proof of promised priority'. I'm sure they could easily find a name of the person who had arranged the repair for me, but they prefer to send emails back and forth and accuse me of lying. Please take accountability for your team. The staff involved: Thomas D, Adam Lawson, Leighton Kennedy.”
