“A pleasure to deal with. Competitive prices and great service. You can self serve and get updates whenever you want but you get automated updates each step of the way anyway. Turnaround fast - especially for a custom built product. Helpful when deciding on the spec in the first place as well. I wouldn't go anywhere else now.”

“Delivery was late and then lost so once found had to collect from depo supposed to be two person delivery because of size and weight then the build had to take whole thing apart to get extra hard drives put in yes they did put in the extra Sata cables but kind of feel that was the only thing they did right over all will not be getting anything from them again and just hope it doesn’t go wrong”

“Laptop look and feel is excellent and priced very well. Unfortunately the laptop screen was not working on delivery. Disappointed to say the least with such a basic fault. Laptop is currently back with PC Specialist for a fix. On the good side this has proven the service from PC Specialist to be excellent.”

“Every thing with the purchase, is great exactly as described and a fantastic delivery in massive strong box which suprised me. The only thing that i have to say that is negative, is that it is quite noisy and slow to boot, once it does though its fantastic.”

“The PC came ahead of schedule as I expected a 2 week service and ended up ordering it on Sunday and got it that Friday! I was so surprised by how well it all came, at first I was concerned with the package coming with so many wires but ending up finding they were all spares and it helps out so much, it really provided a sense of care with their PC's that they build. I am not a technical guy and cannot build a PC but with a company like this I will defiantly be using there services again to get parts for my PC or an entire custom PC. The customer support for knowing exactly where my PC is at in the creation process is fully open and there is always a direct line to get in contact with any queries I had on delivery or warranty options. If you are like me and don't know how to build a PC and are afraid of messing up building one then I cannot recommend this service enough the variety of options you get for building and top quality service cannot be understated.”
