“Pc specialists are the best about. Kept in constant contact via emails and even phone calls. I amended my order twice and was never to much trouble. refunded any over paid amount within 2 days. I would happily recommend PC specialist to anyone wanting a custom built machine or pre built machine. Over the moon with how easy the whole process was.”

“Build quality is good, when picking specs it sometimes says you need a more powerful part or that you could even save some money on it because its overkill compared to everything else in the setup. On the whole good experience and quick delivery times”

“Excellent service. Had selected the items I wanted in the PC. They came back to me suggesting the PSU (650W) was overboard for what I needed and suggested I select a lower wattage PSU. I did this and then received an email a few days later that the 450W was unavailable. So they put the 650W in at no extra charge.”

“They built my new gaming laptop and had it delivered within 6 working days. Brilliant communication throughout explaining what stage in the build it was nearly every day. Absolutely love my new laptop, makes gaming a breeze and everything can be played with ultra high graphics with no trouble at all. Can't recommend enough.”

“Overall super happy with my machine, it’s fantastic and exactly as described. Just as happy with the customer service and ordering process, I had lots of updates on its build, and it arrived earlier than expected. The only negative, was that i had to move the wiring around for the fans myself, as when the machine was delivered, the fans were plugged into a controller, but not the motherboard, meaning they just ran at 100% constantly. Going forward, i would definitely purchase from PCS again, but will request the fans wired into the Mboard next time, so i don’t have to cut the cable ties and rewire it myself”

Part picking is also very easy and the interface lets you know of conflicts before purchase, ensuring you get the right combinations. PC built extremely well with genuine parts and wonderful cable management. PC also arrived faster than expected, 10/10 service.”
