“Easy to use website, great customisation, excellent value for money. The only slight negative was that it took a few emails and a couple of phone calls to be able to get a proforma invoice through to pay to start the order process. However other than this the process was seamless.”

“Easy to use, fairly foolproof as well )i.e. warning of incompatible parts, power requirements, etc). I had to wait a few weeks for the GPU to come back into stock, but extremely fast assembly & postage once they received it. Used them before, will do so again.”

“This is the first time I have ordered something online that much expensive I was worried about the order but the moment I received my order it made me feel that I do made a correct choice the way it was packed for delivery everything was done so precisely which shows their level of after sale service. Regarding prices as far as i have researched I found pc specialist prices more budget friendly than others.”

“Having purchased a laptop previously from PC Specialist and experienced excellent advice and service, I had no hesitation in contacting you again for my latest laptop. Once again the advice pre order to clarify specifications and technical terminology was most helpful and the post receipt advice on set up and the help given installing software was very efficient. Order tracking and delivery was to the usual standard. I always look at the package, not just the product, but the after sales support service, and this is where PC Specialist excel.”

“I really liked my experience with PC Specialist. First the website is easy to navigate and configuring my laptop was super transparent and also easy to do! Ordering a as also no problem at all, as well as the waiting process, as every sort was detailed and updated regularly.
