“Computer arrived in good condition and appears to be working fine after some teething issues. PCSpecialist provide good feedback on order progress. Their having done testing prior to receipt is reassuring. Production was a little longer than the 10-12 days advertised, but not significantly so.”

“I have bought a laptop from PC Specialist from before and their quality builds are excellent. So when it was time for an upgrade, I decided to purchase another laptop from them. I've had it for a few weeks and I love it. I did have a minor issue over my speakers but chatting to customer service sorted it out within minutes.”

“Very good product overall. Ordering system ensures compatibility between components and advises of any changes that need to be made before submitting. The order arrived well protected against damage in transit and came clear instructions for setting up, as well as spare cables, brackets etc. If I had any criticism, it would be that during ordering I couldn’t complete until all components were in stock and had to revisit multiple times until I could get everything required (I would happily have ordered with the understanding it might be delayed waiting for a component). Wait time for the build was in excess on the original estimate, but updates are available on the website and it did arrive inside the revised estimate.”

“I did order a custom gaming PC and fully understand why it took just over 3 weeks to arrive. Spare components were had to be especially ordered. The installation was a breeze and the instructions sent prior to delivery was invaluable. I do have almost two decade of dealing with PC Specialist, going back as far as my laboratory management position in a NHS laboratory. I struggle to think of anything negative about this organisation, especially when it comes to service and helpful advise.”

“I bought my first PC from PCSpecialist nine years ago, and I'm really pleased to be able to say that the service and support is still as excellent as it was back then, if not better and my new computer is superb! A slight problem with a WiFi card this time was dealt with speedily and helpfully by technical support, who immediately sent out a replacement for me, which cured the problem immediately. Their use of DPD for deliveries I think is a good choice too, as they too give excellent service with full delivery info. I've recommended PCSpecialist to a lot of friends over the years, and I'm very pleased to say that I will continue to do so.”
