I would NEVER advise anyone to buy… I would NEVER advise anyone to buy here unless you live in the UK. Long story short, i had a ton of problems with my defiance xs 15 inch laptop. And right now, i have been waiting for almost 4 months for my laptop and motherboard to be repaired. And now they charge me 698 pounds for the repair! Beside that, i have noticed thay pcspecialist remove negative comments here on trustpilot, so be aware. This company is under all critique!

Purchased a PC for £2,142.00, which included a GTX 1080ti worth around £800. Within 18 months the card had developed a fault with It's memory. I contacted support who took 2 week to reply to the RMA, saying the card was under warranty and I should return to them for a replacement or a refund at the current market value. After sending the card it took another 40+ days before I heard anything, which was an email saying "the card has been booked back into stock [with PC specialist] and was being shipped to me shortly. I was slightly confused by this as there was no information on whether it was my card that had been repaired, or a new or used replacement. Etiher way I waited until it turned up, only to find it was the exact same card with the exact same issue. Emailed PC Specialist saying I want this issue resolved within 5 working days, they have completely ignored the email so am currently in contact with Trading Standards as they are in breach of their terms and conditions and warranty. I'd advise anyone to check out Overlockers instead as I have also purchased from them in the past and they provide a much better service.

WARNING. PC Specialist Boot Logo Issue. WARNING! I Purchased a laptop that had a boot problem from day one. The problem appears to be something to do with the PCS logo. IT would randomly freeze and not boot past the PCS logo onto windows. DESPITE PURSCHASING EXTENDED WARRANTY, I have had my RMA declined. I ordered this laptop on 21st september 2020, and it arrived on the 06th October 2020, I raised the claim for return for refund on 10th November. Was getting the item packaged for the return when by chance I logged into my PCS account only to find the RMA status as DECLINED. I have had no customer service rep contact me or deal with my concerns directly. I've only received the most superficial general automated email responses. DONT MAKE MY MISTAKE. DON'T BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS. DON'T BUY FROM PC SPECIALIST.

Price is actually not the problem - the delivery of a non-performing PC is the issue. Customer service is non-existent, and they like to avoid being told the truth. Avoid them like the plague.

Have been a loyal customer for 13 years. Multiple laptops bought and for the most part no issues. Most recent one was bought 2 months ago and came with the screen not fitted properly. Created an RMA to have it repaired as I had done in the past (one took 1 day to be fixed the other time 2 days) I am now on day 16 of waiting for the repair to be completed and still nothing. Enquiries team are not helpful, I have asked the status of this and have been told it will be repaired "tomorrow" i am not sure what tomorrow they are referring to as still I it has not been fixed and returned. Very disappointing and I am done with pc specialist now.

Where do I even start with this bunch of useless muppets? A laptop that fails after 7 weeks, 2 hours on hold getting through to them each time, useless call handlers, zero customer service, no call backs, spineless management, and after 2 weeks of having my laptop screen literally 'fall out' I am still allegedly number 48 in the queue to have my machine even looked at!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

The service provided is absolutely rubish .. I dont really recon this fim at all first of all they are very expensive !!! and the customer service is horrible no support provided no drivers provided no nothing evrything u need it for yours devices u have to beg for it And if u are lucky enouch you may get it ! Total rubish and unprofessional at all. And speend it 3k for a laptop that I can't upgrade the new cpu from 8700k to i7 9700k or i9 9900k because they got custom bios .. Lool normaly should take straight away the chip .. And they don't update automatic how is should when is all complicated and secret ! you have to beg for it !! call them txt them waith couple of days .. And then you may get sorted but not my case . they send me the bios with wrong steps instructions . etc.. ! So when I call them they guy so ofensive from the beginning wow unbelievable ! how come how u dare if u are not good on customer service or u have problems home leave them there dont bring it at your workplace and share your behave with us as I'm here fustrated as well in need for help ! So results ... be aware ! Otherwise you will end like me with an un upgradable laptop + without money and pains ! I recon Clevo but not them. !!!! never ! So shame on you "PC Specialist" .

I initially made a review on Trustpilot about their delivery. I also gave that one star but some dude immediately called me and asked me to take it down because he will personally look into it. Which he did not. Not this time. I'm now posting this here, as well as everywhere. Here's the thing: after waiting a month, over a month really, I finally received a broken laptop. It quickly began flashing its screen and suddenly going blank - pitch black with some rectangular shape. I would supply video evidence here, but it won't let me put in a video link. I sent it to PCSPECIALIST (RMA40858). It was with them for quite some time, over a week. They sent me this great 'fix' note in which they methodically, on paper, addressed the issue. Mind you I sent the issue with video documentation and everything. Their issued statement mentions changing my motherboard. This is false. They did not do a single thing to my laptop. They simply took it, kept it and sent it back. I mean, that video was made 5 minutes ago, after receiving the 'fixed' computer. No motherboard was changed. The laptop was not put together well in the first instance and it has a tell. I can tell they never bothered. Absolutely stay away from them. They have ruined both my personal life, not having access to the Internet has proven... more difficult, and my business. I work a lot after coming home from work, on my personal computer, but with that gone... man have things gone to hell. I'm exploring options of recuperating my losses and suing the living hell out of these fraudsters for selling me a defective laptop and then refusing to fix it by actually down-right lying to their customer. A similar copy of this review, with slight modifications, was posted on Trustpilot.
