“This is an excellent company, supplying a high-quality product and proactive service. The products offered are good quality, and the pricing is competitive when compared to other suppliers. The PC design tool allows you to record your initial preferences and is flexible enough to identify potential incompatibilities in your design, prompting you to change your components where required to accommodate this. Communications are provided at each stage of the process, and the build quality of the final PC was excellent. I would definitely use their services again.”

“The laptop I received has been mostly good so far. I'm having some software/ hardware issues but working with the IT support to fix this hopefully after it's fixed my new laptop will be up and running. But the service has been good and fast delivery”

“Overall a good experience The PC arrived within the specified time and seems to be well put together. The progress updating from PCS was very good. The only problem was that after installing and loading Microsoft FS2020 it caused the computer to freeze. It turned out to be a driver problem and was fixed. I have been using it for a week now and all seems well. I am very satisfied with the service.”

“Great experience purchasing and configuring a new gaming system, competitive pricing and the compatibility checker ensures you don't go wrong. The only negative would be delayed response to email queries and the time it takes to get through over the phone. If this could be improved upon it would be 5*.”
