“Overall very happy with my new PC, i have used PC specialists exclusively for my PCs and Laptops since 2012, they have never let me down during that time, the PC came faster than i expected which was great, i asked livechat a few questions every now and then as i kept adding to my order they were very helpful, all round would recommend i know i'll be using them again in probably 3 years for my next PC.”

“Excellent service. They kept me up to date with my build every step of the way and answered all my questions very promptly. The system itself is great. It included a 5090 so I had to wait for it to come in stock. Very expensive but the build quality is first class. Wiring all done neatly. System temps are great and it was setup very well. Not too much Bloatware that I had to delete. I have bought from PC Specialist in the past so I was happy to use them again. Very happy overall.”

“Great service from PC Specialist. Was an error with stock and GPU wasn't available although shown on the builder. Their tech team was really helpful and was built the same day I confirmed with them. Runs smoothly after every day use so far since its been delivered. Apart from a small RAM issue on bootup, it seems to sort itself out in the BIOS settings. Overall - Impressed!”

“The website is very intuitive, easy to build a custom PC as well as there are plenty "ready to send" PCs to choose from! Quality is good, customer service is very helpful. The only downside is the delivery of the PC. Took slightly more time that I've anticipated. Overall a very solid and reliable company.”

“Quick, easy, reliable and safe. I've ordered three PCs from PC Specialist in the past and never had problems. Not a one. Each PC has given me 5 years of great work, and my family more than that, as I pass down each PC. Super happy with my new PC with one of the 5k series of cards. I had half been expecting a struggle to get my hands on one, but they proved me wrong! Beautiful craftsmanship on the build. Cable management top notch, everything sturdy and in place. Insured on top of that, can't go wrong really. Especially with the updates. Again, can't go wrong. I know for damn sure I'll be returning here years down the line for computer number 5. Thanks folks, ya made a girl really happy. Monster Hunter Wilds will play as smooth as silk on this behemoth.”

“PC Specialist kept me updated constantly whilst the pc was being built and tested etc. When I set it up the fans weren’t synched up and the service on the phone was great, they knew why and understood how my pc was built.”

“Great service. Desktop (with sexy 5080) came in 8 days. Setup perfectly and ready to go on arrival. Nicely packed to ensure no damage. Good value, apart from the obviously obcene cost of the new 50 series!”

“Pricing on the website was transparent and competitive. It was easy to update the specification and the selection of non-compatible components was flagged up and automatically corrected. Once the order was processed, there were regular updates about the status and progress of the build. The lead time was a little longer than advertised (dispatched after 11 working days, rather than the advertised 5-8), but this is a minor quibble and not enough to put me off ordering from PC Specialist again, which I would definitely do.”
