“Was looking for a new pc for a while when i heard about pc specialist from a friend at work.When i went on the website to have a look i was gobsmacked at really how easy the website was to use.Pick a suitable case then once you pick a motherboard all other items in dropdown boxes are all compatible with that motherboard,taking away a lot of the stress of picking correct parts.Once you decide and pay then they are really quick at the build process and they keep you informed through every stage of the build.My new pc arrived ssfe and sound,found it well packaged and was handled with care from the couriers,I would highly recommend these guys first as a few well known pc places would have charged me about £300 more”

“You cannot go wrong with PC Specialist. We had some issues in the past with a PC arriving damaged by the curriers, PC Specialist promptly send us a replacement.”

“Excellent build quality and the tracking on the website ensured I knew when to expect it to be delivered. Very satisfied. Setup went as expected but the only glitch was downloading and setting up MS Office from the MS Store. It did not recognise my email address. After a call to support this was because I had ordered with a different email address than the one associated with my MS account. This was resolved while I was talking to support and they stayed on the phone until the software was installed. From these issues, maybe inform the purchaser that additional software is located on the MS Store for download (I only found this by accident)and ensure that you also have their MS account email. I did try to purchase the computer using the email associated with my MS account but your order website would not accept it as a valid email address although I use it daily.”

“Cannot complain, the build came as expected, very happy with it and would recommend pc specialist to anyone, however it's worth noting that it didn't come within 7-9 days instead it took over 15 days which was quite abit longer than what I deem normal, however I would rather it was done properly. If you are expecting quick delivery then it's a gamble.”

“I was very happy with the Custom options to help build my PC, the website was very easy to navigate, the price was good and the time scale was a little bit longer than I expected but all in all was a very good service and have highly recommended PCS to Friends and Families.”

“Having looked at the website I decided that I could do with advice to formulate my spec for a new Windows 11 compliant desktop PC. I therefore sat down with my IT advisor who has used PC Specialist before and we went through the online questionnaire which was fairly straightforward. Having finalised the spec I placed my order without any issue. From then on I was kept regularly updated while my order was in the pre-construction queue, then durng construction, followed by testing. That was all completed within the timescale initllay indicated. Dispatch and delivery was all straightforward and then I again used my IT advisor to transfer data from my old PC and commission the new one. It has performed as hoped. I believe I have obtained good value for money and recommend PCS to anybody. Depending upon their level of competence though they may be best advised to seek professional help becuase the range of options offered is bewielding.”

“Second time I've ordered from PC Specialist. Staff very helpful with queries that I had & responded quickly. Item arrived within 2 weeks even having ordered over Bank Holiday. For those who don't want to use Windows 365 would suggest instructions as how to do so as I had an issue removing it. Otherwise excellent service & delivery. Pleased with new PC”

“Had new pc for roughly 2 weeks now. pc works works very well. excellent service and an easy set up. was great getting sneak peek 360 picture while in build process. asked for pre wiring done for my own hard drives ready to be installed by myself once i received the pc. having the wiring pre done was very helpful. the shipping time was super fast. pc came with great build quality in robust packaging.”
