“The quality and high spec of the laptop is by far better than high street shops or even the big players. I’ve had Dell, asus, Alienware, and the PCS laptop outshines them in build and price. Easy to configure online ordering process makes the whole process of building a custom machine a doddle.”

“My last PC was purchased through PC specialist and lasted 6 years with no issues. This new one had the misfortune of having a faulty graphics card on delivery. From the get go. Could have been damaged in transit, but the quality of packaging is really high, with custom foam inserts to prevent this. The support I received was top notch, I spoke to 2 technicians on the phone who helped troubleshoot the issue and got the graphics card Swapped at my home under warranty. Special thanks to Adam who took the brunt of my stress/frustration and was a true pro. I now have a working PC, and I'm very pleased with it. 4 stars due to the faulty card and the stress it caused, I will still be purchasing components/pcs from PC Specialist in the future and have since recommended a friend who is also very pleased with his new machine.”

“I ordered a PC initially via a competitor of PC Specialists and I found their customer service to be not as great in comparison and the lead time for a £2k+ PC was around 3 weeks, from which I decided to cancel my order with them and purchase a PC via PC Specialists, from which I found their customer service to be excellent and build and shipping times to be amazing in comparison to the other company I ordered through initially. I also liked the constant updates via email on build progress and how they shared a picture with me of my build before they shipped it to me, small details like this went beyond my expectations!”

“Best service I've ever had. I was purchasing a pc for my son and a little out of my depth. I sent several emails back and forwards asking questions about parts and the team were all super helpful. They sent a 360 photo of the pc when it was made up which was lovely, and it arrived quicker than we expected. The PC is stunning, my boy is so delighted. Couldn't possibly improve on this service in any way.”
