“My old PC Specialist computer lasted 8 years ish and so I was keen to give them another try. The computer is great, although a problem was encountered with the delivery company which appears to have rough-handled and damaged the computer, hopefully only slightly, where a computer leg was broken. For the most part the computer has been working great and I really like it. Seems good value for money. Thus far, PC Specialist has been responsive about trying to sort out the problem, they sent me another leg and are assisting with other related issues and their customer support seems good so far.”

“I think the price/quality of a PC Specialist laptop can't be found elsewhere. My first build had a battery issue and the customer service was quick and helpful and I had a new laptop shipped out on priority. So great price, great quality and excellent customer service is all one can ask for.”

“The ordering process from the team at PCS was great, build has been to what I was looking for & quality has been great. Had a small issue with a setting recently which the team were happy to fix via remote desktop so aftercare has been perfect. Would definitely recommend getting your next gaming PC from PC Specialists!”

“Was recommended PC Specialist by my son-in-law as he had purchased from them before. After perusing the website I decided to ring them and got through to an advisor who was able to ask me relevant questions to establish my need. Whilst it was slightly more than I hoped to spend the advisor explained to me clearly why I needed certain specifications to achieve the performance I required. I finalised the order using the secure payment system and signed up for the updates. The updates on the build and testing processes were very clear and informative. When it was ready the delivery process was clear and I appreciated the secure method used. Now the computer is set up and my apps and documents downloaded from the cloud it is working in line with the performance promised and has impacted positively on my voluntary work. I would recommend PC Specialist ahead of any of the ‘high street’ suppliers.”

“I heard about PC Specialist from our neighbours who bought one of their desktop machines. I ordered a laptop online: 16" Initia intel i5 with 16Gb RAM and a 1Tb SSD. The price for the specifications I ordered were reasonable compared with similar spec laptops I had seen in John Lewis. What was especially wonderful, was that I could order it without paying for or having Windows automatically installed. This reduced its price noticeably. PCS kept me informed of the assembly and testing process and then when it would be delivered. The delivery by DPD went very smoothly. The laptop was exceptionally well packed! I installed Manjaro Linux in about 20 minutes. Everything works seamlessly! No mystical techno-incantations required. And it's been working wonderfully since then. With Linux, I press the power button and it starts almost before I have managed to sit down! I love the speed. I would recommend PCS without reservation.”

“Great service. Very impressed with product and service. Regular Updates on order recieved and delivery straight forward. Only tiny niggle was lack of instruction on removing internal packaging but easily worked out. Overall a great service and love the finished product. Bought for a gift for my son to update his previous PC and he loves it. I am a total novice to this experience and sought advice from friends about building your own system and love the way the site highlights compatibility/incompatibility of products. Would definately recommend PC Specialist to others . Thankyou”

“This is my 5th PC from PC Specialist – 3 laptops and 2 desktops. All were competitively priced compared with similar off-the-shelf computers from the big names. With off-the-shelf computers, I find that I like most of the features but maybe would have liked a better CPU, bigger storage or more RAM. With the PC Specialist website you can easily pick and choose your specification to suit you preferences. They use well-known brands of hardware, and their technical backup service is very good should you require it. This latest laptop was dispatched on time on the date given at the time of placing the order.”

“Great service from help with design through to delivery. Great machine, copes with everything I hoped for. Absolutely first class, loved the update emails on the progress of the build. Just one little gremlin, plugged the wireless connector for the keyboard and mouse into one of the two USB ports on top of the case, when I plug a card reader into the second it disables the keyboard.”
