“Great service from help with design through to delivery. Great machine, copes with everything I hoped for. Absolutely first class, loved the update emails on the progress of the build. Just one little gremlin, plugged the wireless connector for the keyboard and mouse into one of the two USB ports on top of the case, when I plug a card reader into the second it disables the keyboard.”

“Had some troubles first setting up the PC: - I ordered an ICUE LCD Fan which wasn't working upon arrival - called up the team and they talked me through ensuring all the cables were in properly, which worked. - Extra USB's I ordered we're not working - had to call the team back up where they told me that they only work if certain ports we're not being used and talked me through moving an M.2 drive to a different slot - USB's are now working. - Had some trouble with the PC lagging when first turning on and playing games. I reinstalled everything on the PC which worked in the end, with help from the team over email. After the troubles, they extended my warranty as an apology which I was very grateful for. Overall, the service with PC Specialist was great. I was able to get in contact with them over the phone in less than 5 minutes on each phone-call, and they responded quickly to emails. I'd definitely recommend PC Specialist to anybody who's in the market for a new rig - these people are experts and will help you with any query you have.”

“PC Specialist are an exemplar in how to run an online company. The communication is excellent and highly informative, through design, build, checking and delivery. There are comprehensive and easy to use tools to help design, check compatibility and then follow the progress as your machine is built, tested and delivered. There are timely emails to track progress and everything is well logged and explained on the website. The responsiveness to online chat and emails is prompt and focused. The machine I was delivered is a beautiful device, both in looks and in how well it runs. So thank you very much! Maybe the only extra thing that could be added for improvement is logging the serial numbers of components used to give this info to the customer (which they would have if they built the machine themselves) as these are sometimes required for later registration (e.g. with a sound card manufacturer) and are awkward to find once the machine is built.”

“A first class service in all aspects of the process. The online specifying of components is very interactive and even highlights specific incompatibilities that should be addressed. Constant email communication on progress is maintained throughout the thorough build process. The final computer is well put together and delivered quickly and on-time. Superb all round service.”

“Ordered a bespoke laptop for my daughter. The ordering process, notification through the build and delivery were to the usual high standard. Daughter is more than pleased with her new purchase. This is the latest in a long line of PCs and laptops bought for various family members over the last 10 years and we've yet to be disappointed, either with the initial delivery of the products or, on the odd occasion it's been needed, the technical support offering. I'd have no issue in returning to them for myself or recommending them to others.”

“This will be my second time using PC Specialist and as a returning customer I am more than satisfied. I previously commissioned a laptop to be built, and between then and now I purchased another laptop. The new laptop gave up the ghost, and while I waited for PC specialist to build a new desktop for me, I returned to the laptop they first made for me. The laptop they built still works well, and that was built 8 years ago (in terms of upgrades, a lifetime ago). So far, the desktop has treated me well as well. The process was straightforward, each stage was mapped and tracked, and the next-day delivery was perfect. Even installation was a breeze after unpacking everything. I hope to use this new desktop for years to come, as well as trust in PC Specialist's services.”

“I found the whole process of ordering a custom PC very straightforward, I was able to speak to a member of the sales team to optimise my component selection. I was particularly impressed by the constant updates during the build phase. Delivery was within the 14 day expected wait. Overall I have been impressed with the whole process. My PC is now set up and I'm very happy with the it's performance.”

“I've now purchased 3 Desktops and 1 laptop from.PC Specialist, that in itself speaks volumes for how well the Company is for service. Ordering is simplicity itself, if you have any questions their tech specialists are only a phone call away, I used to work in IT Support and they are very knowledgeable, approachable and friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Try them, you won't regret it.”

“After having a poor experience with a different UK PC building company, I was a bit nervous about trying somewhere new. After ordering the PC however, I was provided updates at every step of the way. I even got to view a 3D preview of the PC after it was built! The order page showed me who had built the PC and who tested, so there's a chain of accountability. So far, the machine is running like a dream. I purchased the best possible warranty, as I believe it's worth it for an expensive system. The box was wonderfully packaged, with a great welcome booklet included and all the spare parts from the build process. All in all, a great experience.”

“Much faster and quieter than my previous Windows 10 desktop. Good communication from start to finish. The 360 degree viewing of the build was a nice touch. The only minor negative was that the hard disk wasn't partitioned as I requested but I managed this myself. Overall a good product and excellent service.”

“My PC that got build was great but I dont know why there were small ugly cables everywhere at the back thats the only thing that costs 1 star but they were nice even showed me a sneakpeek very friendly”
