Relatively simple to design a PC. My custom made PC was delivered quickly and in good order. I didn't realise that the quotes only lasted a short time. I had printed my quote off and so it was simple to reenter the information.

My new laptop is amazing! I'm not a gamer but chose a high spec because of the photo, photogrammetry and video editing that I do. The selection of options for the spec was easy and with choice of capability options as well as price. PC Specialist let me know when each stage of the build was complete and delivery was efficient and on time. Two weeks in and I'm really enjoying the large screen and superb performance. This is my 3rd PC Specialist laptop and I highly recommend their products and service. Thank you.

I had a lot of issues with the website. I could not finalise my order, it never gave me a UK option for delivery, it was weird. I needed to call them, they could not figure it out either but send me a link with the exact PC specifications I wanted. I am very happy with customer service. I called, had to wait a while to speak to someone but when I did the person was very helpful and explained everything I needed to know and guided me through better choices. Very happy! I have had no issues with the PC so far but it’s quite new anyways.

The ordering/delivery process is top notch cannot fault that at all, only issue I had (And believe me it was a big issue) basically being new to PC gaming didn’t realise the windows key was tied to the motherboard, i didn’t receive anything to indicate that this is the case, so had a whole issue with getting the license for the computer sorted and when I was following the trouble shooting to reinstall windows to try and resolve the issue, it broke the PC lol but the guys did a rebuild for me and I had mine sent back but I do get the impression that nobody service wise is on the same page as one person would tell me that a collection was arranged collection wouldn’t arrive and when I would contact them to query this it turns out this wasn’t done correctly. Which was frustrating considering I had no working machine for 2 weeks. Finally after nearly 3 weeks I got a replacement sent which seemed way better from the box (only issue was the fans ran really loud but the service guys helped me with this) the machine is great and I’m having a really good time with it, just be aware of the after service n what not as no one is really on the same page in that regard.

The last pc I bought was 15years ago. Since then I upgraded it regularly. Until windows 11. The purchasing process was very good. I especially liked the compatibility review, which in my case suggested a lower powered power supply, saving money. Kept me up to date on progress, when despatched and arrival time. It was well packaged. Arrived when they said and the guy didn't leave it at the door and drive off like some delivery firms. Went together easily, with helpful tips. Booted up and a straightforward installation. Awesome speed compared to my old one. Straight into tainted grail.😊 Excellent company and no I don't work for them🍷

Absolutely Disastrous Experience - Avoid PC Specialists at All Costs! (1/5 Stars) I purchased a high-powered stationary computer for my startup's molecular analysis work, costing almost €5000. The entire experience has been an unmitigated disaster, consuming precious time and money. It took 26 days for them to assemble and "test" the machine. Upon arrival, it wouldn't even start. After phoning support, they agreed to take it back, but neglected to mention I had to create a return order online. Days passed as I uncovered this crucial step myself. The first return took 7 days at their facility, only for the computer to be returned with THE EXACT SAME ISSUE. It was as if they hadn't even attempted to fix it. At this point, 60 days had already passed since my original order. We sent it back a second time. After another 7 days, they finally conceded to build a new system. This added another week or two to the wait. When the replacement finally arrived, the GPU was completely detached and had caused significant internal damage during transit – clear evidence of poor packaging. We are now almost 3 months in, with zero usable product and endless frustration. We demanded a refund, only to be told their return policy would take an estimated two weeks. Unacceptable. On top of this operational incompetence, their customer service is utterly useless. Each time you contact them, you speak to a new representative who has no context or understanding of your ongoing case. There is zero continuity or effective support. I CANNOT RECOMMEND PCSPECIALIST to anyone. Save yourself the immense headache, time, and money. Look elsewhere.

Pc works well and is more that capable of playing the games I want to. It was shipped quickly and packaged securely so suffered no damage. During building process o was kept up to date with progress and the 360 image of the build was very nice and accurate

The PC was ordered in plenty of time for my sons 18th birthday, after many phone calls and being fobbed off. I ended up having to collect the PC on the day of his birthday. I will say that the build quality is outstanding and is excellent value for money. I would recommend them, just buy well in advance of their claimed 5-7 days if its being bought as a gift.

I recently bought one of the Fusion model laptops. The build quality is excellent, the laptop is very sleek and the performance is great. When the laptop arrived I was impressed with just how well packaged it was. Overall, no issues or complaints, very happy!

I have bought PCs from PC Specialist in the past and am a satisfied, repeat customer. I just bought two new PCs - one for myself and one for my wife. The machines are reliable, the website is clear, delivery and packaging were all good. But my main reason for buying from PC Specialists is their outstanding customer support. Not that I've needed it often, but a human being answers the phone quite quickly and gives clear, expert advice and practical help even on their quite old PCs
