“After being let down by another company that provided a dud computer and weren't willing to repair it and couldn't replace it as was discontinued, my friend recommended PC Specialist and said it was definitely worth getting a custom PC made. While I did spend about 25% more, I had a much higher spec than the other I had bought but it shows in the quality and the configuration options. Receiving a 3D image of the PC while it was being built was a nice touch. Having the SSD partitioned was a great free option. Runs smoothly and I know that by opting for a bigger case I have plenty of upgrade options later down the line. Very happy with my friend's recommendation. I didn't think custom was the route I needed to go down, but actually, I appreciate the extra care and attention taken to build something that meets my requirements without excess features.”

“PC arrived on time with minimal issues. I did have some issues with the Nvidia driver and Windows Updates but can hardly blame PCSpecialist for this as it was a Nvidia and Windows issue.”

“A decent service, kept updated throughout the build process and happy with the end product. My only criticism would be that the fans on the case are on full pelt all the time which is quite noisy- have had to unplug for the moment.”

“Overall, an excellent service. Online ordering was straight forward and I was able to design my own system with ease. Once ordered, there was good communication throughout regarding the build, testing, dispatch and delivery. On receipt the system was of a robust build and good design and is working without any issues. Highly recommended.”

“Delighted with how quickly the build was put together and the quality of the installation. I've built my own PCs for years and years, but this time I thought I'd try PC Specialist since I wanted a 5090 at launch and I felt I had a better chance at snagging one via an integrator. I'm glad I did. I was very pleased at the component choices available and felt as though I could make the build to my specifications just as well as if I'd have ordered everything individually. It runs like a dream, with no pre-installed bloat or any 'value-add' software that I don't want or need. Everything had already been set up properly, for example iCUE, so I could just turn it on and immediately enjoy. Super stress free experience. My only (very, very minor) criticism is related to the amount of zip-ties used to cable tidy - I've had to essentially re-do the cable management to install a new fan (and then replaced the zip-ties with velcro cable ties for future maintainability). But that's not a huge issue and something that won't apply to most users!”

“It was an excellent experience from start to finish. The agent was very clear and very helpful. The price was excellent and there was no hard sell trying to make me buy more than I wanted or needed. After that, it was all very smooth. The financing was easy and helpful. The delivery process was easy and when I had a query about when it would arrive the agent was very helpful. The product itself is everything I wanted. I love it and feel sure that I made the right choice when it came to buying a PC. Very happy.”

“The process of customising a PC is easy, delivery was surprisingly quick as originally I ordered parts out of stock. I also badgered the customer service many times and they were always friendly and ready to help. There was a small frustration in a break down in communication but I still give 5 stars as it’s a gift nowadays to be able to actually speak to humans and they helped rectify the issue with haste.”

“My computer arrived two weeks ago, and the lead-up to purchasing this custom setup was a period of nervous anticipation for me. Investing a substantial amount of money into this equipment, combined with my limited knowledge of computers, made the decision quite daunting. However, from the very first communication with PC Specialist over the phone, I was met with excellent service. I interacted with three different staff members, all of whom were polite, helpful, and exemplary in their assistance. I made a slight modification to my build prior to its assembly, which was handled seamlessly. During the building process, I was particularly impressed to receive a 360-degree video showcasing my machine being assembled. The entire process was efficient, with no delays, and the delivery was timely and problem-free. I highly recommend PC Specialist for their outstanding service. Although I considered another custom build computer company, PC Specialist stood out significantly. Thank you, PC Specialist; the joy I feel every day when I switch on my computer is immense, and I absolutely love it.”

“Cannot fault PC Specialist at all from the moment of configuring to the moment of delivery, 1st class service and at the price I wanted with all the specifications needed, I even had to make a brief call with regards to a small issue with the sound card and was immediately sorted instantly. I've brought a number of PC's over the years and this company is by far the best I have used and dealt with, hats of guys, you are doing a fabulous job and long may it continue. “PC Specialist have been a fantastic company to purchase my new custom PC from. The website and customisation options are clear. The prices seem very competitive from the comparisons I made for the spec machine I ultimately went for. I called the team to double-check my spec and they were very helpful over the phone before ordering, even pointing out some extra savings and additions. The build process was documented to me (which was a nice surprise) they clearly care about customer service and communication. The PC was packaged up very well and sent out to me within the suggested window. Very happy with my purchase so far, with no issues whatsoever, and I feel confident that even if there should be PC Specialist will be ready to help.”
