“This is my second time ordering from PC Specialist, and once again, they’ve exceeded expectations. I ordered a custom-built laptop for my son, and the entire process was smooth and reassuring. They kept me updated at every stage of the build, which made the wait feel exciting rather than stressful. Based on both my experiences, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend PC Specialist to anyone looking for computers.”

“After sales ervice was terrible. We had bought upwards of £70000 on pc's and paid for platinum warranty. We did not receive bronze or even dirt warranty cover”

“I found the process slower than expected, with no updates for more than a week after I ordered. However, I loved the 360 preview image and the computer itself looks and performs great. I've been wanting a PCS computer for years and glad I waited to get what I wanted!”

“This is my first outing with PCSpecialist and although I new exactly what hardware and case I required, I was still blown away with the quality of this build. What really caught my attention was the custum built wiring loom! Spectacular indeed. This pc is lightning fast and super quiet, well done pcspecialist!!!!”

“Excellent support and communication throughout the purchasing/building process. Great choice of components. Configurator and subsequent customer support agent talked me down on PSU spec and saved me some money in the process. Build did not take an unreasonable amount of time, and delivery was prompt and very well-packaged. Overall very pleased with PCS!”

“Very, very happy. This is the 4th time that I have ordered from PC Specialist: three laptops (two were gaming specs) for family members over the years and now a gaming desktop for myself. Their Support is first class too as I needed to contact them on three occasions for help in activating Office products on the laptops. This is my go-to company for anything to do with computers. Highly recommended.”

“it all functions well i had some problems that i caused myself but besides that it worked however i had some hardware issues with my laptop sawith the w key falling off though they are going to fix that for me soon as part of my warranty hopefully the repair goes well”

“Ordered a PC 1 week ago under next day delivery, still not arrived a week later beyond a joke both the delivery company and PCSPECIALIST say ohh it might arrive today maybe not, not very helpful when I have work and have to have someone sit ready to go round mine everday incase it arrives terrible service, nothing else they say they can do, can not deliver with a better more reliable company, had better service when buying a 5 pound parcel yet over 1000 it gets delay after delay beyond a joke will not be using PCSPECIALIST again all they say is sorry and you will just have to wait longer”
