“It was very easy to select the components I wanted for my specific build, and the automated configuration compliance/compatibility check was a huge help to ensure the mix and match of components I selected would work together. I received my new pc within about 3 weeks of ordering - and so far so good that everything works as planned. Visibility and tracking on the state/stage of the order was a bit hit and miss - esp when it came to actual delivery slots/timing - but this was a relatively small issue compared to the overall very positive experience I had with PC Specialist.”

“I've built many pc's, it's time consuming and nerve wrecking. The extra ~100 to have the box built and tested is worth it. The prices are close to best as anywhere else and their matching of components seems considered and well balanced. I been involved with 4 orders so far from PCS and all have been smooth. Highly recommend them to all.”

“This company was recommended by my son who works in IT (I don't have a clue). The pc was built within the time stated and upgraded (foc) because of the part requested had been superseded. My pc arrived on the day and to the minute!! Throughout the whole process PC Specialist kept me informed, something a lot of companies could learn from their communication is second to none. The one problem I had was that during transit the data cable had come off the SDD and therefore could not boot the operating system, but again on calling tech support they talked me step by step to resolve the issue. So will I buy again from here YES. Will I recommend PC Specialist YES. By the way for comparison we bought this to replace a pc bought from a very large high street chain at roughly the same cost, which after 6 months showed issues after a windows update. went to the store where I purchased it to try and get it fixed, to be told "you didn't buy the extended warranty so it must be something you've done" With that kind of customer service I will never go there for a PC again. I hope you find this review helpful.”

“So far so good. PC arrived when stated, to spec, nicely packed and very tidy inside. Communication was great throughout and although lead times are long right now, all expectations were met and at a price that would have been extremely difficult to beat.”

“This is my third machine from PC Specialists, and I have always been happy with their products. This time, I have bought a PC for music production which has more than enough power to deal with all aspects of audio production. Configuring the PC was easy and so was the ordering process. Upon trying the PC I was hugely impressed with its incredible quality, speed, and ease of use. 3rd party software caused an unrecoverable crash, due to how Windows 10 works, but this had nothing to do with PC Specialists. However, the staff helped me to understand how to recover and reinstall Windows 10 and things are now up and running. The delivery was also fine and as good as expected. Highly recommended”

“The pc was built quickly and efficiently we were updated regularly with any problems or delays they helped out with any queries the fact they give you the remaining items of the things you orders such as processor thermal paste and all the instructions for everything installed added to the reassurance of getting what you paid for Excellent service Excellent product Highly recommend 5 🌟”
