“Now on my second PCS computer after eleven years. The original PC is still in good order and has been passed down to my grandson. Most impressed that I could adapt the packing case for the new kit to accomade the older bigger machine and ship it down to Leicester.”

“Product was assembled and delivered in the time frame promised, a part had come loose during transit but the tech support staff were incredibly patient and thorough and we managed to identify the issue and fix it there and then. The product itself is fantastic and is better than I could have hoped. Definitely would recommend PC Specialist to anyone.”

“Very useful website for ensuring that all the components in the custom build work together properly. Clear order status information, and they contacted me to let me know the GPU I chose was not available, with options for how to progress the order. Shipping was good, with the PC very well protected inside its box. Very pleased with the PC itself - it's just as ordered, very neat inside, runs super fast and serves the purpose it was intended for. Also, really appreciate having the option to not buy a Windows license that I don't need and won't use.”

“Great PC. Works well. The only problem is with the WiFi pick up. It is good most of the time but patchy sometimes. My previous computer never had that problem. That could be due to placement as my laptop was slightly higher on my computer desk.”

“Great PC when it arrived. Only hiccup during the build that was the motherboard specified had somehow not been included and this added an extra £103 which I had to pay for the build to be completed.”

“Nice products but set up was not the easiest. Problem with screen as graphics card may need re-installing Also As a novice, not great had to speak to them regarding the way the system is set up for adding documents etc. They did jump on and sort for me quickly though”

“The pricing is great, could not have built the PC myself any cheeper and you get a 1 year warranty. Great communication on how far along in the build process you are and the build quality is very good.”

“Really great service. I was able to pick all the components I wanted, get the PC built and delivered in just over 2 weeks. On arrival, everything was working and there were even clear instructions on how to connect external components. Great! The only improvement I'd love to see is a clearer breakdown of the prices for individual components.”
