My laptop was assembled with a faulty thermostat. I only noticed it after 60 days, just very loud fan, randomly switched on when browsing web. I called customer service, they checked it remotely and promised a priority repair, so I sent it back (otherwise I probably wouldn't). Unfortunately, I didn't note down the name of the tech I spoke to. I've been waiting for the laptop for 6 weeks now. Today, after contacting them for the 10th time, I was asked to 'show a proof of promised priority'. I'm sure they could easily find a name of the person who had arranged the repair for me, but they prefer to send emails back and forth and accuse me of lying. Please take accountability for your team. The staff involved: Thomas D, Adam Lawson, Leighton Kennedy.
