“None stop problems...... Our purchased PC works for 3months and then packs up again. This has been an ongoing issue since we purchased the PC last October. Keep getting told it's a graphics card issue but it works and then shut down after 3 months repeatedly. The technicians are kind of helpful but if you complain then that's another story.”

“I would highly recommend PC Specialist, my pc was delivered well within the estimate and it was easy to check on progress on their website. I am very pleased with the pc it appears to be well built and was easy to set up. All in all an excellent experience.”

“The computer came and it works great! i’d recommend pc specialist to anyone who wants a good computer for a decent price without going through the effort or stress of looking for parts or building it your self. I also think PC specialist is a good place for beginners as their custom build option checks the compatibility of all parts so you’re 99% guaranteed to get a working computer at the end. When you do buy a custom computer it would arrive within a month- however it depends on how urgently you need it. For me a month is totally worth the wait ^^”

“Being able to post my build idea to the forum was extremely helpful. My original build was suboptimal and the forum replies helped me to improve it. The communication from PC Specialist support contact email is also great. They were able to amend my order when the parts picker was unable to add an item that was out of stock. They also kept me up to date on lead time questions and any other queries I had. The PC arrived well packaged and the build and cable management is top notch!”

“The whole process of customising a PC order and getting it delivered was surprisingly simple. Although I did had to wait sometime before my PC was assembled and shipped I was getting weekly updates about the process. They also had provided me with extra information to help me set up my new PC once I receive it which I found incredibly helpful. I think if you are looking for an easy way fo customise your PC, PC Specialist is the way to go.”

“From start to finish the updates from PC Specialist were spot on, the website was easy to navigate and check on the progress of the build. My PC is amazing, easy to set up, thanks to the instructions provided and I will certainly be returning for when I decide to add a few upgrades!”

“As a person who has been involved with personal computing from its earliest stages ie bare boards and kits of parts, and have purchased many pc’s over many years, I must admit I was surprised and delighted by the manner in which PCS handled my transaction. It was far better than I anticipated from start to finish and I highly recommend them.”

“Although there's been a global parts shortage - I was kept updated throughout the whole process with several emails and progress updates. The PC arrived extremely well packaged and with simple instructions to get started. The PC build quailty is brilliant, and the main reason we used you was the customisable choices when selecting the components. 10/10”

“When first looking at PC specialist i'd initially used the websites tool for talking directly to a specialist which everytime answered the questions I had and left me satisfied. I then built my system using the online computer builder which was a blast to tinker with checking which items would be good and which could be cheaper etc, in the end coming together with a system which had a 3080 and a Ryzen 5 5600x. My only issue with the builder was the lack of price shown for primary components such as RAM, GPU, CPU, etc. However that was a nullfactor as you could usually guess the price for each with the full price at the top of the screen. After ordering my PC It took a while before recieving any initial contact other than the order confirmation. But when I did recieve contact that the build was being put together it took less than a week for the whole thing to be past QC and out of their door. Upon arrival the system was well packaged, with the GPU having its own little bracket made by PC specialist themselves and even an additional solid foam filler which wasn't hard to remove but provided plenty of support for the CPU fan and GPU to prevent damage in transit. On first turn on the system whirred into life with no issues still as of having the system for 10 days. I plan on keeping this system for the foreseeable future and when the day comes to finally upgrade once again I will likely see about coming back to PC Specialist as one happy customer.”

“The build is great, overall experience is good. Only issue I am having is the rear fan that was installed was not correct, I am also not able to control the AIO & Rear fans via the iCUE software.”

“Praise for - 1. Well organised website. 2. Self specification of PC. 3. Availability without being forced to buy Microsoft Windows. I installed Linux Mint. 4. Regular updates on fulfilling order and particulars of delivery. 5. Well packed for transit. 6. Minor problem quickly sorted out with aid of service representative. 7. Pricing appears competitive. Small niggles - 1. Lack of instructions concerning setting up radio mouse and keyboard. I used wired connection input devices from my previous PC in order to get started. 2. Bluetooth dongle not obvious to locate in box. Consulted customer services. 3. Pre-installed batteries for mouse and keyboard almost exhausted. Mouse behaviour erratic and gave impression of faulty equipment, which was not so. 4. Mouse has invisible laser. Functions fine but lack of visible light offers no reminder to switch off when not in use. Overall - Happy with transaction. Assuming all continues well I shall recommend to acquaintances.”

“My previous desktop from PC specialist worked well but was rather noisy so I decided to opt for low noise components and case. Remarkable. I now have a near silent PC! Easy to build the machine online. A bit of a delay in it being built - but that's a pandemic effect I expect. No problems with delivery.”
