“Great website, easy to configure my laptop. Laptop was quickly built, checked and I was regularly updated on progress. Laptop is solidly built. My only niggle is that the cooling fan is rather noisy.”

“I have ordered multiple machines now from PC Specialist. They have been quite solid so far: - Pre-sales technical support: good. Easy to reach and knowledgeable. - Communication: good. I was kept updated my orders progressed. - Delivery: good. Delivered on time and in good condition. - Build quality: Very good (all machines). Downsides: - They don't check their machines for Linux compatibility. - The PC configuration workflow on their website could be improved.”

“Second time I’ve bought a laptop with PC Specialist (the first lasted 6 years before it started to show signs of age which I think is incredibly good especially as it had constant use when wfh over lockdown!) The service and quality on both excellent on both occasions and I would highly recommend.”

“A little bit disappointed with the service. The PC is working perfectly fine and all the hardware works as expected. However i received my PC and the rear fan was not spinning. I thought it might just been a faulty fan but how can it be if it was last tested in your warehouse before shipping Turns out the person that was in charge in building my PC didnt even plug in the Rear Exhaust fan into its CHA1, so the fan was not spinning. I plugged it in and it works fine but, i was expecting for that work to be done by you. Overall the system is great and im happy with it”

“My first time buying a PC in almost a decade. All my setup was severely outdated and I've been terrified of spending money on a prebuilt. But eventually for my 23rd birthday I took a shot at PCSpecialist and bought a prebuilt from them. I did research beforehand and chose my own specs. Before making the purchase, I emailed them with questions regarding my specs, and they gave me swift responses with helpful information which eased my worries. They even complimented my choices. The waiting game between making the order and waiting for it to arrive was great, as they keep you updated regularly with emails. I genuinely was checking my emails every few hours. Great communication. It was built and delivered surprisingly fast, and the packaging was stuffed with protective styrofoam to prevent any damage during transit. I cannot describe the joy I felt with unboxing a brand new PC. Of course, when plugging everything in, there's the fear that it either won't turn on or it'll blow up. But it was all running perfectly smooth. And now, almost 2 weeks later, I can safely say I've had no issues and it's criminal how quiet it is. I've spent years with a dust-coated PC that turned into an oven every time I did anything intense. So to have this stay stone-cold and very silent... it's a dream. One thing I did want to mention was how bad the delivery driver was. He slammed the package down onto the doorstep and had zero concern for its safety. But that's not the fault of PCSpecialist, which is why I haven't affected my review score because of it. And thankfully, like I said, the packaging was full with protective styrofoam (and the inside of the PC was secure in place), which meant any sudden impact did no damage. Overall, an extremely professional UK-based company that's great for prebuilts. And I'll always be grateful to them for making my birthday a special one.”

“This is my second purchase from pc specialist on both occasions I’ve found the process of choosing made easy with the website which is easy to follow and detailed, delivery from start to delivery was around 5 days,price was very good the specifications I choose would have cost a third more with other brands.if you need help they’re a phone call away”

“Really good experience. I don't know much about computers, and I found the thought of specifying my own PC quite daunting. However, the website and the ordering process was straightforward, cheaper than competitors I looked at, and with a very quick service (I paid for a 5 day turnaround). Since I got it and set it up, it's worked like a dream, with clear instructions emailed to me and in the box for set up, and a really powerful computer that is like night and day for photo editing compared to my last laptop. I'm very impressed and would recommend this to anyone.”
