“this is the second time I have ordered a PC from a PC Specialist the website is very easy to navigate so much selection when the order was completed they kept me informed at every stage of the build and the delivery was first class I can recommend PC specialist”

“I can't recommend PC Specialist enough. Requested a quote via email for a gaming PC and they replied within minutes. They're quote was the best and went forward by placing the order. The process was easy and quick. I was kept updated the entire time whilst the PC was being built and delivery was super quick. The PC is beautiful and everything I requested. They're service is great.”

“I was investing a large sum in a new laptop (£2k to £3k)for business purposes and primarily to handle CAD / 3D render files. Having shopped about and read reviews PC Specialist configuration of the machine was easy with online help ( that actually worked !) as required. Following purchase updates were accurate and regular. The laptop arrived a day early ( bonus !) and was easy to set up with preloads and spec of drives as expected. Its early days to comment on the expected capability / reliability, there have been (as is noted in the config notes) a few times where onboard fans have gone into super speed mode and x2 occasions when the laptop has 'bombed out' ie: switched off mid-use, neither of which was when using the 3D software which is unusual. I'm notifying PC Specialist and expect it will be swiftly dealt with as with everything else so far. The 'bomb outs' is why I'm giving 3 stars at the moment but will revisit this. In summary customer service excellent, hardware reliability some questions.”

“I was was wary of placing such a large order on a online website I had never heard of before, but from clicking order to the package arriving at my door everything was flawless. I received constant update emails telling me where my parcel was, when it would arrive and even a constant tracker on it. The entire process was smooth and frictionless. It was very easy.”

“Easy process, quick delivery and very communicative from order through to delivery. Very minor issue (error beeps on start up), run to ground and resolved by the customer service team who were polite and very determined to get a resolution. Build very tidy and PC is functioning as expected. Happy customer.”

“What can I say? I ordered a gaming computer with PC Specialist. It arrived earlier than they projected (for which I was incredibly pleased). It was packaged perfectly, and arrived in working order. The computer is beautiful and has the exact components I specified. Their support team are fast and attentive. I really can't think of anything else that they can do to improve things. If you are in the market for a new computer, I would highly recommend this company.”

“This was my first experience building a PC and it was simple, fast and painless. The PC was built as per my specifications and performs well for what I need it to. There was a good amount of choice when building the PC, however there was a lack of accessories to go with it - which is why I only scored 4 stars as opposed to 5. I was updated on the status of my order and delivery frequently. My order arrived on time, packaged well with minimal excess material.”

“Fantastic experience with PC Specialists. It has been several years since I last ordered from them but it was worth coming back. The service they provided has been fantastic. The laptop configuration options were exactly what I needed. I have a laptop capable of doing what I need it to and more. The build time was very quick. Within 10 days my laptop had been built, tested and delivered. Could not have asked for more. Will be back again when I need a new tower. Thank you, PC Specialists.”

“Web site easy to navigate and very easy to configure a PC. The checking for consistency at the end of the configuration process is very reassuring. There is constant update of the build process and testing phase. A very satisfied customer.”
