“Pleased with how easy it was to order a high-end gaming computer from PC Specialist. The ordering process was made easy, using the website configurator which helps advise you of problems in the build to prevent you ordering the wrong type of hardware. We were kept up to date via email as the build and delivery process advanced, and the computer arrived at the time expected. We were pleased to see that the computer undergoes a number of tests before being dispatched to prove it is working as expected. Overall, very happy and would recommend.”

“Every encounter I've had with PC Specialist has exceeded expectations. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful. I would never buy from one of the large computer manufacturers again. They make it so difficult to get hold of them should you need to and that has not been the case with PC Specialist. The whole experience has been entirely different and I'll only use PC Specialist going forwards. 10/10”

“I had no clue when it came to putting together my first gaming PC, so I signed up to the PCSpecialist forum and received help from a lovely mod who helped balance out things I had chosen, in turn making it run better. My PC can basically run anything at recommended, which is what I was after. I still have no clue about it all but I’m sure I’ll learn in time. From the time it took to build to the time it was in my hands was 5 working days, so I didn’t even need to pay for the fast track service. I also accidentally used the wrong address for delivery, so contacted their customer service who promptly changed it for me. All around my experience with everything was very pleasant.”

“From the point of placing the order to receiving the PC I have been impressed. The communication during the whole process from PC Specialist was exemplary, delivery times were spot on and and my son is a very happy customer. DPD we’re the only disappointment as they delivered the box upside down causing the PC to become dislodged from its foam cradle. PC specialist customer services were very helpful when I spoke to them about potential damage to the machine and how to return the machine if needed.”

“This is the second time I have used PC specialist. My first computer lasted at least 9 years before I decided to upgrade. I love the system of picking the parts. Once I ordered I was updated via email each step of the build and checks. It then can incredibly quickly. New computer works brilliantly. Very impressed and would highly recommend.”
