So far very good after a bit of a hiccup. I ordered the - Elimina Series: 15.6" Matte Full HD 144Hz 72% NTSC LED Widescreen, i5 with 16GB RAM. I use this for my small business, while installing some of my expensive software I experienced a blue screen error and had to reinstall windows 11. Not sure if i did something wrong while installing the software? Overall though its working fine, very fast and efficient which is what you would expect from a brand new lap top. Happy!

So far so very good. They were helpful and knowledgeable with the PC arriving well packaged and really rather efficiently. They also helped me buy a PC that was for my needs (Gaming but not pro-level) and therefore not at many £ks! Thanks and it works a treat.

Price is usually lower than competitors. Delivery and packaging means that your computer arrives in one piece, I have never had to return or refund so I cannot comment on that. I have been a customer of PC Specialist for many MANY years, before that I was a customer of CCL, picking parts and doing it myself. PC Specialist put it together just as well, if not better than I do.

Would give zero stars if possible First time to ever have to do this but so upset over our experience. Would give zero stars if possible. We have sent our brand new laptop for repair 3 times and pcspecialists are now refusing to offer a repacement or refund and claiming it's fine even though their own IT support remoted on and confirmed the fault. Alo their repair centre confirmed onsite it was running CPU over 100 degrees c. Laptop overheating, hot to the touch, blue screening. CPU running at over 100' which they're claiming now is perfectly normal. Really poor after sales customer care. 9 year old saved up for 2 years to get his 1st gaming laptop and really upset over this whole experience. Shame on you pcspecialists. Been back and forward on this since March 😞 hours of phone calls and emails. We spent a further hour on to your help desk where several support agents remoted on trying an hour of troubleshooting and all confirmed that 100 degrees plus is not normal operating CPU temperatures, these temps would cause damage to other parts over time and blue screens and hot keyboards and roaring fans due to these temps (playing simple games like terraria, astroneer and Roblox) are not satisfactory user conditions. A quick Google will confirm that these temps are damaging and not normal and it was passed to the refunds team who are now saying they are normal temps!! Just Google it! We are now being told by the refunds team that these temps are fine and we are not entitled to a refund. We have zero confidence in this device and most decent companies at this stage of a customers bad experience with their device would offer a goodwill gesture. Let alone the fact that all other staff agreed with us that this machine still is faulty after a 3rd RMA. Absolutely awful customer service.

Glad with the specs for the price was well packaged and secure for delivery. Would definitely recommend to people who are interested in gaming PCs.

PC arrived with a piece of one of the case legs snapped off. Not a huge deal but not something you really want to see when first getting it out of the box. Everything seems ok after the first week, no issues so far.

When my pc arrived I had a problem with the fans on the case not working so I emailed the services email and they where quick to respond so I was able to fix the issue and set up my pc as soon as I could.

Pc came perfect condition and ready to start. The website was very helpful when building the pc itself and surprisingly detailed with its step by step order tracking feature. I was recommended PC Specialist by a friend and I would do the same to anyone looking to buy a custom build pc in the UK.

Great PC as expected, have been using PC specialist for the last decade or so and ordered desktop computers and laptops & have never had a problem with them, great price & and fast delivery and enjoy a free upgrade when a part I order is out of stock too.

Great product, website and customer service been in touch by email a lot which is reassuring. I got exactly what I ordered no cheeky cheaper parts hidden somewhere in the small print or somewhere most people won’t notice. The fact that the website had a very clear compatibility checker was a bonus and peace of mind. Got spare cables if you ever change or get another GPU. All round very happy with everything.

Absolutely blown away from start to finish so easy to choose exactley how i wanted the pc i did try with other company's but was always more exspensive and that was with cheaper parts, was brilliant to get messages on the progress of the building and testing of my pc. My pc came well packaged and i was so happy with how it looked when i switched it on and after a week of playing it is a Absolutely beast cant recommend pc specialist enough i will never go any where else in the future

Ordered a 17.3 Ionico Laptop for my business. I opted for the fast track production and delivery and the turnaround was very quick - Laptop was ordered on the Thursday and arrived the following Monday. Laptop itself is excellent. Only point I would make is if you order a high powered laptop (which I did) you need to get your head around how to adjust it in order to optimise performance. Both the CPU and GPU run quite hot out of the box but PCSpecialise provide links within your account to download the Command Centre software which allows you to tweak settings and reduce the power load on both the CPU and the GPU. Doing this my laptop is still extremely fast and does not get hot at all unless it is under heavy load. All round a very good experience with this company and will be considering them for any future purchases.

Atrocious experience. Took 3 weeks to deliver £1200 laptop after purchase & then the power system broke within 2 months. Then 3 weeks to repair & it worked for a month & then the same problem recurred. Sent it back for repair & was told a new motherboard is needed from China after 3 weeks without an update. 6 more weeks have now passed. At each point I've been patronised & gaslit by deliberately misleading claims. I insisted on a refund & they offered me only a partial sum even though it's only 6 months into the guarantee. PCS's arrogance, incompetence & dishonesty is unmatchable. I've heard that they're now using cheaper components, but they now also treat their customers with contempt. This is a company in serious decline. I've placed the matter in the hands of Trading Standards. Save your sanity & your money; use a reputable supplier; & avoid these appalling barrow-boys like the plague.
