“Very clear instructions on how to get the PC running. The PC looked solid and after getting it running, all works as expected. I really liked that they validated the PC before sending it and the website also validated that the components fit together. I noticed that the package was a bit damaged when it arrived. I guess during transportation a few wires got dislodged. I had to open the PC and put them back again, but after doing that, the PC worked as intended.”

“Honestly, I am very happy with the PC I ordered. It runs extremally smooth and haven't had any problems with it whatsoever. Couldn't of chosen a better company to construct my PC and would definitely recommend for anyone that wants a good quality computer. However, I did have trouble with the courier (PalletWays) delivering the product to the location of where the PC was supposed to be delivered. I must have got on the phone with them at least three times regarding my PC regarding the delivery. Overall, great experience with PC Specialist but wouldn't recommend using PalletWays as the courier service.”

“Over the years, I have purchased my home PC (the one I'm using here), a laptop for personal use and eight PCs for use in a teaching environment. I am now writing about my most recent purchase for use in a small office environment. The first two purchases (home PC and laptop), exceeded my expectations by some considerable way. Having raised my expectations to such a level, one might wonder if PC Specialists could continue to rise to the occasion for every future purchases. Well, wonder no more. They have not only risen to the level, but with a few added touches, i.e. the simple emails updating me on the progress of the PC build and delivery, they have gone even further. This latest PC, was delivered well within the notified timescales and, as expected from past experience, was packaged extremely well. Having put it together and set up a few programmes, it is working exactly as expected. To conclude, it is a sad fact that service levels in this country have, with many companies, fallen and as a consequence, when spending money upfront on an online purchase you will often have that niggling fear. You know the one, will it be delivered, will be in one piece and will it work or will I have to chase it up, wait for weeks and put up with a shoddy product. With PC Specialist, you can simply place the order, sit back and get on with all the other things going on, secure in the knowledge it will meet your expectations.”

“I first bought a PC with PC Specialist in 2014. With only a bit of nip and tuck that PC served me amazingly well for the following 9 years, so when the time came to replace it the only place I looked into was PC Specialist again. I can't recommended them enough, not just for obviously the amazing hardware, but also for the incredible service they provide.”

“I had been looking to upgrade my PC for some time and although there are many different companies out there, I always found myself returning to the PC Specialist pages. They all have preset models and configurators but I felt more comfortable using their site, maybe it was the info given if things didn't fit or were incompatible was the thing, or the ability to save you quote, go back and change things, I'm not sure. What ever it was secured my order for a high spec PC. From then I was kept up to date as the order and build progressed, even getting access to virtual 360 images as it was built. When the PC arrived some 7 days later, it was very well packaged and contained how to guides as well as the customary component docs. The PC was up and running in no time and had been working like a dream since. All in all I had spent a considerable amount of money on my PC and can say that from the order onset it felt a secure purchase with excellent customer service and I've now got quality built custom PC. I would highly recommend PC Specialist to anyone. who wants”

“Smooth process from configuring my pc to ordering to delivery. PC Specialist were excellent throughout the whole process, keeping me updated on the progress of the build, testing and dispatching of my order. The product itself is great quality, packed really well, with all the information needed to set it up. I would highly recommend PC Specialist to anybody thinking of buying either an off the shelf PC or configuring their own.”

“My second order from PCS. It’s very easy to specify exactly what you need online, and you are immediately advised if any components are not compatible. My order was built and delivered in seven working days. The packaging is top notch (I was a packaging designer in my younger days!) Everything has been working perfectly, highly recommended.”

“I know a little about PCs and I knew what I wanted to have the best possible specs for the editing software I run for business. However, I also wanted one that would be good for personal use and gaming. PCSpecialist advised me on compatibility and the best options for my budget. I was so happy with the end result. Before ordering I even checked on other sites using the specs in the quote. It would have cost me £2000 more if I had gone to a competitor. Absolutely fantastic. Deliver went well too despite the fact it was a very icy roadside delivery on a pallet due to the size. This is my second PCSpecialist build and it won't be my last.”

“The Team were super helpful insuring I got the best for my budget. I was given a budget by my boss for a PC that was capable of rendering 3D models in quality quickly. The whole build is superb and wouldn't dream of going to another company now. The only tiny gripe I have, and this isn't even at PC Specialist, is that the delivery was meant to be signed for and the DPD guy left it in the Foyer of my work and didn't get the signature yet claimed it was given to me.”

“I have no idea about computers so purchasing a gaming PC was no easy task. I had lots of questions (some were probably silly) however customer services made me feel like every question was valid. Great service. I’m looking for to setting this up at Christmas and I’m confident any questions I have will be answered. Process was quick once I had decided on the PC and they helped find the right PC for my budget.”
