“The ability to configure the lap top was first rate as was the build time and delivery. Unfortunately we hit a problem when trying to set up and my friend who is very IT literate had to spend a substantial number of hours on the phone to your technical staff. The problem related to Windows 11 and it appears that the set up before shipping was incorrect. The result was that the system had to be taken down and Windows 11 re-installed from scratch. The member of the technical staff was very helpful and patient since it did involve a number of hours on the phone. The speed of the system is quite impressive.”

“PC Specialist were incredibly informative and helpful, enabling me to get the exact specification I wanted at my budget! All enquiries were replied to quickly and politely, and there were also helpful and polite after-sales emails too. The only one slip-up (after the tech department honed my exact requirements and I said I'd like to go ahead, the sales department gave me a quote for a very different order) was profusely apologised for, and the correct quote came through within minutes. I like the way I received emails letting me know the exact state of my order, and it arrived well within the 10 days quoted. Thank you PC Specialist, I highly recommend you!”

“The facility to have a bespoke computer designed to meet your requirements is excellent. The sales staff were very helpful in recommending a configuration which met my needs. I have just bought my second one from PC Specialist and, as previously, it took around 10 days from ordering to dispatch. The only problem I had, was with the Windows OS and, even though it was not down to PC Specialist, the technician sorted it out easily on the phone. I thoroughly recommend PC Specialist.”

“Our financial advisor recommended PC Specialist when I asked who he had purchased his lap top from. So far we have been more than happy with the ease of ordering, the advice given when ordering, the product and the after sales service. When we received the machine it would not boot up. We called PC Specialist. Our call was answered promptly and with in a short time the technician had sorted out our problem.”

“My family and I have almost exclusively bought PC Specialist computers since 2009, and we have consistently been happy with them. The couple of times we have had hardware issues, they have resolved them without any fuss. We've never had to replace a computer due to it failing, only for when we wanted a higher spec machine. Including two laptops that lasted over a decade before replacement!”
