“Great user friendly website and straightforward ordering. The progress updates were very helpful and the courier process efficient. The laptop is excellent, lightning quick and I feel like I got good value for money considering the components I chose. My family has used PC Specialist before with equally good experiences, and I would not hesitate in recommending and using them again.”

“Great service, we ordered exactly the PC we wanted and were avle to track it's progress. They sent emails before it arrived with setting up instructions so that we wouldn't fall in the few pitfalls they were aware off. Packaging was good and all arrived on time.”

“Very helpful, friendly advice when I called to talk through my options . I built the PC up via the website and rang to discuss my options before commiting to buy to ensure all ok. Plenty of options on components, and once ordered the PC arrived as advised within 10 days. All works fine out of the box. Very satisfied”

“I bought 1st computer for gaming and it was sluggish, I thought it must be some weird thing. Bought another one for gaming, spent over £1.5k and I must say, it's lagging constantly. Simple Windows operations can take super long. It has SSD and it works like my old PC from early 2000. Super disappointed, and very annoyed by constantly waiting for things to load. Will never ever buy from them again. They don't know how to put PC together.”

“Website is very easy to use and great value! Very happy with the entire process through to ordering. In honesty found the customer service (especially the online chat) a little frustrating, there is a bug in their online system that doesn't actually update the stages to show where the order is at (processing, build etc) which meant I had to chase them over virtual chat and email. Delivery was delayed in arrival but not PC specialist's fault. Overall would definitely recommend and I will most probably be a repeat customer.”

“Very helpful, friendly advice when I called to talk through my options. Great machine - I ordered the Initia 17.3 screen with as much power as I could afford. Took two weeks to arrive from order, which was fine by me at a busy time of year. Only gripe is that Windows PIN wouldn't load on Windows 11, so I had to reset the computer which meant I had to download and install all the pre-ordered software and anti-virus. But, PC Specialist helped with that too.”

“I bought two new PC’s, one listed below for gaming and one for work. I am English living in Mallorca, so my initial call was to the Spanish office. Service was fantastic. I explained what I wanted, discussed budget etc and was promptly email quotes. They listened so carefully that I didn’t need to make any adjustments to the spec (listed below) Service is excellent, price is very competitive, website and communication were world class. “I ordered the PC for my sons birthday and was unsure what I was buying, however the online chat tool helped me get the PC i needed. The website quoted the status of my order and when i checked it was in pre-production for 11 working days, however when i contacted PC Specialist the order was despatched two days later. Delivery was very efficient.”
