Ordered my new pc from PC Specialist the web sight made it easy to choose the right parts, and even recommends others if there is an issue, then sat back and waited. Delivered, set up and working perfectly. Very satisfied

Overall no issues with this company. My spec' was chosen online and the website highlighted a few issues - much to my advantage. Build took pretty much as long as advertised with regular updates. Delivery was fast with good packaging. So far I'm happy.

We were very impressed from the start. It was very easy to order the computer and pick the parts. The website was fantastic. We enjoyed following the build and testing and the email updates we received. The computer arrived on time and packaged really well. It's all working brilliantly. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend or buy from PC Specialist again.

A fantastic pc built by pc specialist, which was delivered on time and well protected, the custom build did take a while but once built, dispatched quickly, highly recomended and way better than buying from a computer shop 10/10 for comms and build quality, i really love it. Thanks

I am sorry that I have not had a positive experience from PC Specialist since there are many positives about the company’s approach that I want to support. First though the site suggested that I could get three day delivery on the laptop I ordered I was called to say some components like the base and screen were not available and could be weeks to come back into stock. I decided to opt for what was in stock this also involved a change of processor and a bigger base unit and an extra £73. From revising my order on 12th delivery was actually on 20th. The laptop is OK a except the sound configuration causes an substantial lag. I have called the support team. Who are excellent they accessed my computer and worked to sort out the lag partially; it still exists on Bluetooth. The engineer gave up and said he would consult colleagues and call me back he did not do so. So that’s the current position when I received a request to write a review. I have a £1000 plus laptop that does not really work. I have invested many hours trying to fix and had good support from PC specialists in trying to sort out the problem BTW the sound from th onboard speakers is pathetic. Apart from that it was a good experience. Quite quick to contact customer and tech support and very decent staff when you get through. I think I may just have been unlucky but the follow up on my problem has been poor.

PCS did very good job with building and packaging. The PC case and everything in it is in good quality. The PC was packed well. Website and especially online configurator was also nice, it was pretty easy to use and understand. Also worth noting that customer service was very friendly and helpful. Good job! 💯

As an architecture firm, we heavily rely on high-performance PCs to run our intricate CAD and visualisation software. We invested approximately £3000 in a high-spec PC from PC Specialist, expecting it to meet our business-critical needs. Unfortunately, within just three weeks, we encountered a GPU error leading to system shutdown. This malfunction has left us scrambling to meet an imperative deadline, jeopardising our business and cash flow. Timeline of Events: • 27/09/2023: PC encounters GPU error. • 27/09/2023: Engage with customer service for about 1 hour. • 27/09/2023: Mem Test performed overnight reveals 226 RAM errors. • 28/09/2023: Another extensive discussion with customer service lasting 1hr 20 mins. PC Specialist presented four potential resolutions, with the fourth being the most pragmatic. However, it entails us purchasing new RAM upfront and seeking a refund for the original RAM only after its return. Our grievance is twofold: 1. We were delivered a PC, at a significant cost, which either had a faulty component or was incompatible with the system's requirements. 2. As we grapple with the repercussions of a non-functional PC, we are further inconvenienced by the proposal to incur additional costs to rectify what seems to be an oversight on PC Specialist's part. Our expectation, and we believe reasonably so, is for PC Specialist to swiftly rectify errors on their end, especially when their product falls short of its purpose, without passing on the burden of additional costs or extended downtime to the customer. PC Specialist, when your product is found wanting, swift and cost-free solutions are essential, particularly when your oversight negatively impacts a business's operations. We hope for a prompt and satisfactory resolution.

I have purchased two custom PCs and a custom laptop from PC Specialist, and I am extremely satisfied with both the builds and the service provided. These machines are primarily used for 3D work, and they have consistently handled all my scenes with ease. Any issues or concerns I've encountered were promptly addressed by PC Specialist. I recently bought the Recoil 17" custom laptop from them, which I plan to take with me while traveling. While I haven't had the opportunity to fully test it yet, I am content with the build quality and benchmark performance.

Honestly, this company built a beautiful custom build, did an absolutely amazing job. The packaging was unreal and came without anything wrong with the machine! Their dashboard on their website kept me up to date every step of the way and now it is here my work life has become a little more bearable ha! (I mean playing games, coding my way through my job is not the best bit) Thank you so much guys!

My previous PC was supplied by PC Specialist, PCS, 5 years ago, and the only reason it has been replaced is the increased hardware requirements of the software I use. Before ordering my new PC from PCS I looked at a number of other suppliers and none of them could offer the range of named components as PCS at a reasonable cost. It's been 10 days since the new PC was delivered and I am thoroughly satisfied with everything.

To date I have found the whole experience in using PCS to be excellent. After placing my order I was kept informed almost daily on the it's progress, including a 3D view of the assembled machine! The packaging used to ship the computer was robust and even included protection within the case itself, which gave me added confidence that I was dealing with a professional and competent company. Unfortunately my PC did develop a fault with the network card which meant that I was unable to connect to wifi . Raising this as an issue with PCS was done through their website support from, which was simple enough. The response was both supportive and quick, with a return collection arranged by PCS; my computer was actually collected today. Going by my dealings with PCS so far, I am confident that they will fix this problem and that I will have my computer back soon. Thoroughly recommend PCS!!

PC works perfectly. Build took a bit longer then expected due to issues with cooler and case compatibility, but those were resolved by the PCS team.

It works perfectly, thank you. I am no expert, but my only criticism is that I cannot get it to connect to wifi, except via a hotspot from my old PC, so am relying on ethernet connection. The reason, it has been suggested to me, is that the wifi aerial is inside the sturdy metal box, so it is difficult for the signal to penetrate. As I have very fast fibre broadband to my property, my old boosters are somewhat reducing the internet speed I should be getting (950 MG per s) to about 100. One solution would be to buy new boosters and remain in ethernet, but is there an alternative, like attaching an external aerial?
