“Every claim I have submitted has taken a very long time to process. I just feel that It shouldn't take a whole month to process a claim that is very simple. I'm unsure to why I always have to reach out to the vet to get additional information. I thought that it was the insurance responsibility to do so. My monthly payment for the service is always paid on time, and would just appreciate things being completed in a more timely manner.”

“I’m so glad I chose Pets Best for pet insurance. Customer service has been helpful when needing to sort through my coverage. I also feel like in the end, the coverage is pretty good and we were reimbursed almost 80% of what we spent on an MRI for my dog. It’s really good and necessary to have pet insurance-it definitely made it easier to get the medical services we needed for our pooch.”

“My wife and I liked Pets Best’s claims were easy and they told you what was and wasn't covered. Unfortunately, our dog passed away, but the customer service representative was very helpful and kind during this difficult time.”

“Very pleased! Although I've had other dogs prior to my current one, I previously used pet care insurance associated with their vet. After my dachshund's wellness check this week, I uploaded a copy of my payment receipt in the Pets Best app. An acknowledgement was received immediately. Reimbursement was direct deposited the next day. It works!”

“I don't see how any other pet insurance can be better than Pets Best. It has paid out much for the care of my Dobermans for cancer, heart condition and wild child injuries. I am so glad I dropped another well known company for this quite a while ago. For my one Dobe that sees her cardiologist, reimbursement notice takes only two or three days. On this Dobe I have a $400 copay. The other Doberman and our English Lab I have $500 deductible. Pets Best pays 90 % of bills for injuries and illnesses.”

“I’ve had pets best insurance for 3 years now and couldn’t be happier with their service. My claims have been processed smoothly and fairly. Any delays are well communicated. The website is easy to navigate, and the statement of benefits is clear and easy to understand. The only critique is that the hold times on the phone can be long but they make up for it by being very responsive via email. All in all a great experience working with this company.”
