“I love the way this company handles claims. They're fast. They don't nitpick. The claim explanation is clear and concise. It's a bit pricey for a young dog with a $1000 deductible, but I think it's worth it. if something catastrophic were to happen, we're covered, and with vet treatment costs what they are today, it doesn't take much to reach that $1000.00. Some people say they put aside money for their pets' care so they don't need insurance. But, at least for me, if I don't have to think about the cost, I'm more likely to do what is best for my pet. We'd all like to think we'd spend anything on our pets, but subconsciously we might be considering the cost. We are very happy with Pets Best.”

“Pets Best is the very best pet insurance to get. I did my due diligence. I investigated at least a dozen insurance companies that cover pets and they seemed like the best at the time. As it turns out, I am incredibly happy with them. They have covered all my dogs, injuries and illnesses without a hitch. My daughter also has Pets Best and her dog has very sensitive stomach. They covered every medical situation and it has been expensive. Paid 90% of all her bills. If you get Pets Best, you will not be sorry. I can’t recommend them highly enough.”

“As usual, another quick claim filed and paid with Pets Best. Pets Best Insurance has been amazing with all our claims for our dog Henrietta, who suddenly started having seizures and was diagnosed wiht epilepsy. The claim portal is super easy to use and they are always faster than the time indicated when you submit the claim. I highly recommend Pets Best. I have 2 dogs, and both have had issuses.”

“Process times for claims take too long. I don’t believe they cover everything they say they said they would when you sign up. I will probably cancel after my dog turns 2. I do like the app and the ease of submitting a claim”

“My dog needed an emergency gastrotomy and Pets Best covered everything!! Will stick with them for life. Couldn't have asked for a better insurer.”

“I am not sure the value is worth the price. My dog is out of the puppy phase so the risk for "accidents" is low. I now only maintain the insurance for well care and accidents. Ear infections are outside this policy so are not covered.”

“Great customer service! Claim process time can be VERY slow. A lot of items are not covered, or you hit the maximum allowance for wellness claims very fast. Overall it’s definitely worth it for big injuries, but sub par for everyday appointments and wellness claims”

“Just got a new puppy and spent a good amount of time researching pet insurance. After careful consideration of my overall needs, I chose Pets Best. My puppy had his first vet visit this week - I filled out the claim form online and the appropriate reimbursement was in my bank account within 2 days. Super easy so far. Thank you Pets Best.”

“Plan mostly fits my needs. Claim submission is simple, claim processing times have verified from 4 days to 2 weeks but email and text messages kept me updated. Phone customer service is polite and helpful.”

“We had an unfortunate event happen and our little pup we had for six months got very sick had to have emergency surgery and died . It was devastating and also very costly. So so glad we had insured her with pets best! They took good care reimbursing us which while it doesn't bring our little Gracie back, made the financial burden less so. When we get another pup we will definitely be insuring with them again”
