“Pets Best has been great except for one claim. During Covid I could not get my dogs teeth cleaned within 12 months because I could mot get an appt. We went in at 15 months or so and he needed teeth pulled. Pets denied the claim for this because they said it was longer than 13 months. The Vet wrote a letter actually 2 as did I explaining the situation but the claim was still denied. Other than that Pets Best has been great. Easy to file a claim and quick reimbursement. Sadly, I had to put my sweet dog to sleep yesterday but if I get another dog ever I would use Pets Best”

“The coverage and payments were always on point and I was always happy. Claims can take awhile to get paid out, usually 3-4 weeks, but I believe it’s worth the wait for the excellent coverage”

“We've been moderately satisfied. At first, we had both wellness and emergency coverage for our 4 cats and 1 dog. But it took two years worth of cycles to really conclude that the wellness insurance was not paying off -- their reimbursement for vaccines, etc. is just too low. So we were paying more for insurance than we were getting back. The claim submittal process and portal is easy to use. Customer service is good.”
