“I've used them for several years now and highly recommend them to people in my life to protect their furbabies. I believe the cost is extremely reasonable and the conditions are very clear. It is super easy to submit claims and they pay back quickly. I was shocked how easy it was to get reimbursed after my kitty's unexpected and very expensive overnight Vet ER visit. Honestly, I wish my health insurance was as straightforward, easy to use, and reasonably priced as my pets.”

“I have to resubmit a lot of claims for various reasons. One example is my last claim they said my pet wasn’t on the plan. My pet was clearly listed on the invoice. Once I resubmitted, it was processed. There are also a lot of glitches trying to get into my account both on the website and the app. It can be very frustrating, but the coverage itself is pretty good.”

“I have been pleased with Pet’s Best so far. I filed a claim that I needed to provide more information for and got the claim approved immediately after. Yes, pet insurance is expensive but it definitely can be worth it if your pet needs serious medical attention. They pay pretty quickly too”

“I love this pet insurance. They are reliable, always available to answer questions while being easy to deal with and their customer service is very professional and kind. Only reason I posted the communication as over 1 week is because it is in regards to submitting a vet visit claim which is normal time. The few times I did have to call them my inquiry was resolved immediately.”

“I've had Pets Best since 2008 with 3 dogs. Recent response and turnaround for reimbursement is better than ever and it never really was slow. I appreciate this company and their Customer Service Reps so much.”

“You really need to read your policy! Vet care you may have thought would be covered, is not. A wellness care vsiit for Rabies was partly covered but the Annual wellness 2 months later wasn't covered. Also thought multiple vaccines were covered but only the Rabies was covered. Maybe more ecomonical to just pay out of pocket for wellness visit's and vaccines vs $105 per month or > $1200 per year. I will not be renewing the wellness insurance!”

“Pets Best has been great with coverage for illnesses and injuries of our dog. She recently had a major incident and had to stay at the vet for a couple of days. The bill was very high but fortunately our coverage meant we only had to pay a small portion of it. It was also approved in a quick manner.”
