Claims are reviewed quickly and overall the level of reimbursement seems fair for acute illnesses and for surgeries!

I appreciate that claims get processed in a timely manner and that I have not be denied any claims. I was previously considering canceling the insurance after the steep price hike, but I’m now so thankful I have this security net for my dog.

Pets Best takes an extended time to resolve claims. Otherwise, I’m satisfied with this insurance.

I have reviewed Pets Best favorably before and my positive experience still stands. I have insured 3 dogs over a period of the last 10 years, with many significant claims due to cancer treatments, and epilepsy, totaling many thousands of dollars. Other than a delayed reimbursement time at the moment, they have covered all expenses as required by my contract with them, without question. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Although sometimes slow on the the payment to the insurance holder.. I’ve always been happy because I do know sooner or later it gets done… but the best experience on 12/3/24 a I spoke with a young girl cause I was looking for a malpractice lawyer seeing your ins companies you might have affiliates… but this girl found out you didn’t have such a thing but she actually googled it for me to help… I to old to remember oh let me google this.. ha. But that’s most important making me feel seen when I am having some of the worse days with loosing by girl… so thank you

This is a really good pet insurance and premiums are very reasonable. The claims process was a bit slow on a couple of occasions, but I've never had any issue with them paying out a claim. Customer service is great.

We have had Pet's Best for several years. They are sometimes a little slow about reimbursement but all in all i would recommend to anyone with a pet they love.

This was the first time the claims process was upsetting. I submitted a written receipt and you did not accept it so I had to send in a copy of my cc statement showing I made payment. A receipt is a receipt. You claim anyone can write a receipt, well, anyone can type one too. In my situation, I live in Hawaii, the Vet that treated my dog lives on a different island so her office is on a different island. She treated Lani while on my island so hand wrote the receipts for the day because her computer system was on on island w/ her. In this situation, my hand written receipt should have been accepted!

I like it but it takes longer to receive payments than others I had in the past. Also requires lots or documentation even after already having sent them once.

Pets Best is great, but the prices go up for no reason. On top of my rate gradually going up every year without me using the insurance, when I finally made a substantial medical claim after 5 years, the actual coverage was less than 90% and my monthly payments immediately increased. If you're going to bump up my rate because I used my insurance, why not return some of the money that I spent all these years for insurance that I wasn't using?

So glad I got this pet insurance almost 4 years ago for my rescue pup. He has had ear and skin inflammations ongoing . This Pets Best insurance has been so financially beneficial. The only issue zi have is they are slow to reimburse.

We have been using Pets Best for several years and are very pleased with their service. They offer one of the most customizable plans to meet your needs. The turnaround time for smaller claims is good, but for larger claims, the process takes several weeks longer, which is our only disappointment. I have recommended Pets Best to others in the past and will continue to do so.
