This is my 3rd poor review of Pets Best Insurance. I send you PAID invoices, all the medical diagnosis, all the records and you still take 3 to 6 weeks to reimburse me for the SAME CANCER condition my dog has had for over 3 years. When you take that long, our bills do not get paid and it causes a lot of stress because we do not have EXTRA money when we spent what we had on our dogs. If I call they tell me it takes time. You take too long reimbursing claims and I cannot give you a good review or recommend you.

before i was so happy like last 2 years but this couple times every claim almost you guys cutting half or up prices my coverage not %50 coverage

Although they pay claims, it routinely takes them more than a month to process a claim. There is no reason for this order than to withhold your money.

I've had them for seven years and they used to be great, I recommended them to everybody, now they stopped pay They paid for Before, and they've just become Another rip off company that takes your money and doesn't want to give any back when you get medication. How was my dog supposed to go to the doctor and get prescribed medication and then you not pay for it? What's the point of insurance? Really sad because it used to be a good company and now they're just a rip off. My dogs are eight years old all of them, it's almost impossible to go to another company. The company is very aware of it so the older dogs get the worst they treat you

I should have read more thoroughly when getting pet insurance with Pets Best and that’s my fault. Their customer service is very polite which I appreciate but that’s after I waited on hold to speak to someone about my claim, for 45 minutes. I had a total bill of $580.00 from my vet for my cat getting sick on July 15th. Of that $580.00, I only got $160.00 back due to deductibles and co-pays, a month later, and even though the claim is approved, I still haven’t received a direct deposit for it. I pay $59.00 a month and have paid well over $600.00 already just in the monthly insurance charge. So to me, it doesn’t seem feasible or worth it.

It seems like everytime I put in a claim, I either get a bare minimum or none at all.

I have only one complaint that they take a very long time to reimburse, and connecting to customer service is a pain, if you guys can improve in these factors, I wouldn’t hesitate to give a 5 star rating. I still have many claims which are still pending, which can be frustrating at one point of time

Pets Best was there for us during some rough times, but towards the end, they didn’t cover my boys 2nd bout of cancer surgery. Also, At the end, when we found out he had a terminal illness, they separated all the bills from the vet and emergency vet and euthanasia on those two last days into separate claims with separate deductibles and also missed applying a substantial receipt to either claim, omitting it entirely. So, after the trauma of losing my beloved boy, I still have to fight for his insurance. After being a PB Customer for his whole life. Almost 15 years. I’m disenchanted and disappointed. 4 years ago, this would be a solid 5 stars. Now…..I don’t know.

Little to no communication after claims are submitted. The claims review process also feels ridiculously long. 4-6 weeks to review a claim, it feels like they forget about you once the claim is sent in.

I have a lot of questions about the wellness coverage but unable to get anyone on phone. Finally sent email hope to hear something back. Filing a claim is fast and easy.

The app for the iPhone and website need work. The app has been down for months and I am unable to access anything I have redownloaded it several times to try to see the problem. It is still not working. Your website lets me access almost everything but updating my information. I have tried to add my wife to the account and the website crashes every time I try.

Pets Best is great if you don't want to see your money for awhile. Every claim takes forever to process. They send you an email every Monday saying sorry for the delay but after 8 to 10 of those emails you start to realize that they are not truly sorry.

I'm glad I have pet insurance as my pet is aging but, its unfortunate you must wait so long for reimbursements. I pay my premium on time but it's unfortunate that we wait so long for them to reimburse.

Was great! Disappointed with a 50% increase after two years tho! (Went from $50 a month to $75!) Thats is insane to me and we will be searching for a new pet insurance as my dog is only 2! My previous dogs pet insurance never increased in the 11 years of his life.

They’re ok. We find that turn around time for claims is pretty good but tends to be longer when it’s something they actually have to cover. I also think their wellness policy is lacking in terms of the cost of coverage but it’s not worth removing from our policy because it would increase what we pay
