“I am not sure the value is worth the price. My dog is out of the puppy phase so the risk for "accidents" is low. I now only maintain the insurance for well care and accidents. Ear infections are outside this policy so are not covered.”

“Plan mostly fits my needs. Claim submission is simple, claim processing times have verified from 4 days to 2 weeks but email and text messages kept me updated. Phone customer service is polite and helpful.”

“Just signed up in early August and submitted a claim under the wellness coverage. Received a detailed response last week and expecting to get the payment shortly. Very satisfied with this first interaction.”

“PetsBest is a staple pet insurance company. Their online portal and benefits are very easy to navigate and easily findable online. Their claims process is straight forward. I would rate them 5-star, but they recently increased our monthly rates 30% across the board. I wasn't provided a reason for the increase, but I plan on reaching out to them to learn more.”

“Coverage has been really consistent and filing claims is easy, BUT the turn around and payout time is extremely long. Even for simple and reoccurring issues it is taking weeks to get the claims approved ans then another week until it's paid out.”

“I like Pet's Best because they have reimbursed all of the costs on some recent high expense ER visits with multiple pets of mine. My only negative feedback is how long it takes to get resolved and how hard it is to communicate with them.”

“Pros: it pays something so it's not all out of pocket. Cons: have to pay out of pocket up front. Wait time for reimbursement is too long. Wish they had a card where they paid the provider up front then I paid them the difference once they process the claim information.”

“My only problem with Pets best is the amount of time they take to process a claim...sometimes up to 42 days...other than that if you don't mind waiting they are pretty good!”
