Overall, great service. My only issue being on how long it takes to process my claims.

Good coverage but they take a long time to respond to claims. My other cat's insurance company refunds in 2-3 days after posting the claim.

1) claim results aren't consistent 2) claim process takes way too long

PetsBest did well by me, but since I couldn't get my cat Tony to eat anything for 3 days (and he gets his water exclusively from wet food) my vet included two 5.5 oz cans of a prescription food meant to help stimulate his appetite. I feel this was part of his treatment but was not covered by PetsBest. Otherwise, they were true to their policies. I have direct deposit with my bank and have yet to receive payment, however.

Thorough with claims but just takes a little too long, particularly when the customer has paid thousands of dollars out of pocket.

We have had Pets Best insurance on our French Bulldog since Oct 2021 and couldn't be more pleased. Claims are easy to submit and were processed within 14-21 days. When we had questions regarding coverage, reps were very friendly and professional. I would choose pets best for any future pet.

Cannot easily find a place or way to enter claims for medications covered on our plan. Also requires paid receipts instead of scrip invoice. Tracking separate receipts for multiple RX drugs is cumbersome. And unecessary. Dog's name/date/drug are all listed on the pharmacy scrip that always comes with a drug. Otherwise if your vet is fully digital. Their invoices show a "0" balance--meaning invoice has been paid.

Claims are paid pretty quickly. Most of my claims were fairly reimbursed. The only complaint I have is that the premium increased approximately 10 per month after the first year.

Overall has been a good experience- claims seem to be paid fairly based off the EOB and plan documents. My only complaint is wait time for processing of claims- on more than one occasion has taken several weeks to hear anything back.

Claim processes are very slow The claim was from November 23 and I have not received the money in my account and it is already December 26

It is a good pet insurance but I wish they would send out a monthly statement so you know wether you have hit your deductible. Every so often I am declined saying that it was going toward the deductible. We have a small deductible buddy t seems to keep coming on a bill
