“Fast claims return. I do think that benefits package per shots, needs to be updated to a more realistic amount due to inflation and skyrocketing vet prices.”

“Customer service is always polite and friendly whenever I have questions. Some claims have taken longer than expected but that’s ok. The only thing I’m upset about is they do not cover neutering. I guess I should have read the “fine print””

“I love the coverage you offer and ease of submitting claims on the app. My only complaint is the time it takes to be reimbursed. It's great to have insurance for our pets, but not everyone has the ability to pay up front and then wait over a month to be reimbursed.”

“Having insurance for my sweet pup was a lifesaver this year when we found out she had cancer and needed surgery. It’s something you hope doesn’t happen but it’s nice to know you have insurance and that money will not play as much of a factor with their treatment plan if it does happen. Pets Best claims process is very easy to submit. The only thing that has disappointed me is the turnover time after submitting the claim. It can take several weeks to hear about the status of the claim and or for it to be finalized”

“I find this insurance pretty good. They have been there when i needed them and reimbursed me per coverage that i have without a problem which i am happy about.The only thing i would critique is the reimbursement time. Their customer service is very good and they are nice on the phone.”

“Reimbursement seems to have gone smooth and surprisingly quick. Said it would be 5-7 business days. Hopefully that will be the case. Been only 2 days since reply.”

“They seem to be fair when it comes to settlements. I think I've used them 3 or 4 times in the last 3 years. I'm glad that I purchased the insurance, for peace of mind, and for the best for my sweet baby.”
