“Pets best Insurance is the best. I have my 2 dogs insured with them. When I have had a claim they have been prompt in handling it. Whenever it has been delayed they have let me know what the delay is from. I highly recommend Pets best.”

“Please do away with the autogenerated email and send an email which is specific to the insured. Every claim I submit I receive the same email basically saying your working to process my claim and to speed up the process click on the link for tips to move your claim through the process faster. Guess what? I already use all your tips when submitting a claim and the process is no faster.”

“I would give 5 stars if they could reduce their processing time to 2 weeks; however, it takes them 3-4 weeks to process. Other than that, I am very satisfied with payments as they are always correct.”

“Pets Best insurance has been very responsive to claims with payment being made more quickly than expected. They covered everything they said they would with no issues. The price for the plan was initially excellent, but went up significantly (more than 50%), in the 3rd year. If this were not the case, I would have rated them 5 stars.”

“It is very easy to file a claim and get reimbursed. I was not happy that I could only submit a claim once for my dogs supplements. He is still fairly young and u think the price may be too high for what my need for him are. I may look to change.”
