“Always pay what they are supposed to without a problem. They do take a long time though.”

“My only issue is the time it takes for claims to be processed. When you put down over $3,000 on a vet bill, waiting over a month to see if the claim has even been processed is a bit frustrating. I do appreciate the occasional email apologizing for the delay in processing claims. *We've had PB for over a year and a half now and have never had to use it until the fall of 2023 when my dog had more vet visits and illnesses than ever before! Glad we have insurance for crazy instances like this past year.”

“Pets Best was great. My Pet Bailey was with them for 16 yars. Sadly we had to let him go back to doggy heaven. I was very pleased with Pets Best”

“This is the first time we have used pet insurance on our pet and have had a policy with the company for about a year. We will continue to insure our pet if the monthly premium does not increase. If the premium increases, and then with the $500 deductible that must be met each year and the 20% copay fees we aren't sure the value is there since our dog does not have many health issues and is usually only at the vet for regular shots and check-ups...the insurance would only be there for unexpected issues and situations that arise but the monthly premium would not have to be increased for us to continue.”

“Some of the claims are paid very quickly, however, others take a good amount of time. In comparison to value of other pet insurer's, I think PetsBest is the best value.”

“They provide excellent coverage and typically process claims without fuss. However, it's extremely frustrating at how long it takes to process even the most basic of claims. 5 stars if they were more responsive and efficient with claims processing.”

“Thank you for the assistance to have had our beautiful Ziva get the treatment she needed at our local veterinarian as well as Western Univ Veterinary School. She was euthanized on 12/6/2023 so no longer are signed up for your services.”

“Good reliable insurance to help provide the care your pet will need in its lifetime. They helped us manage the health of our dear Romeo who was dealt a cruel hand. recently Romeo left us to join all the other good doggies at the Rainbow ridge. Pets best provided the help Romeo needed ,so he could keep going until his poor body couldn't go any more. God bless Pets Best for helping Romeo have a longer than expected life full of leisure, endless squeaky toys,daily walks dog park visits,bicoastal lifestyle and broasted chicken legs.thanku for supporting us”

“Our dog was in the hospital for 4 days and the bill was over $12,000. We knew that the insurance company would cover up to 80% and they did. So far we’ve had a great experience having pet insurance.”

“The plan is good and I have found, for the most part, that reimbursement is decent. I gave Pets Best 4 instead of 5 stars because their teeth cleaning policy is a bit lacking. It will cost me $10 more / month = $120/year for them to reimburse me up to $150, considering teeth cleaning is way more than that I don't find this added benefit worthwhile.”

“I just recently submitted my first claim for my cat’s ear infection that went beyond my deductible. The process online was very uncomplicated. I received my completed claim information within two weeks. It was easy to understand and I am pleased with the outcome.”

“Having been using this insurance for 2 years. During the first year claims were paid rather quickly, seems like things have really slowed down the second year. Customer service has been really good.”

“We love PetsBest insurance. The only reason I’m leaving a 4 star review instead of 5 is because the claims take over a month to be processed. I understand things take their time, but I feel like having to wait for a reimbursement for that long, when you need the money, is too much.”
