“Overall, I have had a good experience with Pets Best. The premium is much more affordable than many other companies that I have used or gotten quotes from. Policies are very customizable for each pet. I have not had any issues with claims being approved thus far, but the processing time for claims is SO long! Processing time has been 3-6 weeks which has been my one hang about leaving my previous company.”

“Pets Best is good insurance to have . Its very easy to file a claim . My only concern is why it takes so long ( some times .... many , many weeks ) to process and pay out the claim . I am glad I have my pets covered and insured with Pets Best Insurance .”

“True to contract. Helps very much with vet bills, especially toward the end of a pet's life if you have been keeping up with payments when the pet is younger. It does take around a month to get reimbursed.”

“Pet insurance, like the pricing of veterinarian care is a very sticky subject overall. Not many people can afford either and unfortunately I believe part of the reason shelters and animal control are at capacity. I am very disappointed I’m paying ten dollars more a month this year after having to drop wellness and some and special services. After doing the math for last year, I found wellness was pretty much a wash and fortunately my dog is very healthy and I have not had to use accident or sickness, so I may consider whether or not coverage at all will work if the premiums continue to raise each year at the rate they did this year. On a brighter side, your app is very easy to use and your customer service representatives who guided us to make the changes to less coverage for more money did an excellent job.”

“I have been with you for seven years and two pets. Really like your services and the only compaint I have is the long wait on some claims. But the payout is seamless and on the phone the customer service is great.”

“This is a good pet policy, the only thing I don’t like is that the only cover one flea and tick prevention. You have to have your animal covered for 12 months. It only covers one month supply, other than that everything is pretty good. I had no big cleans as of yet knock on wood my animals are pretty healthy and young.”
