“I have a cat that has had a couple of issues. After treatment, submitting a claim was very easy. If I had a question, I’ve always got a person that was very helpful. I’ve never had an issue with getting a refund. So far I’m very pleased with Pets Best.”

“I had insurance for my pets for a while now. Great benefits to have. Claims take long but they get resolved. Premiums go up regardless every year which is rotten cause it can get expensive. We shld have the option to b locked in depending on how long wever had them. Tht is the one bad I dont like”

“Insurance coverage is great, however turnaround time for reimbursement seems to be between 30-47 days. Overall a great plan and user friendly app.”

“Glad I got this insurance for my pet. The benefits are great. Turn around time for reimbursement about 3 weeks. Like that they supply you with an EOB. would recommend Pets Best for your fur baby.”

“I've found Pets Best to be affordable, effecient and fair insurance. The policy covers illness and injury as well as wellness and uses a mobile claim submission that is user friendly and accurate. Contact with live customer service is challanging, at best.”

“You really have to read everything as there are a lot of stipulations. This claim went well. But I had one for my other dog that they said was pre existing even though a doctor never said there was an issue prior to the claim.”

“Took over a month to process my claim, but at least they are good about covering things and paying once finalized. Would be nice if the process was quicker since now I’ve had to pay interest on my credit card I covered the bill with”

“When I called to adjust my plan bc of cost the associate was super kind and funny and very helpful. The EOB is clear and most things are being reimbursed, per the plan outlines. It may be more of a wash between premiums and OOP expenses it I like knowing we have it in case there’s an emergency”

“I have never submitted a claim without getting a message that you are very busy and claims we be delayed. I have heard that for 4 years. Do you think it is time to hirer people?”

“I like the site and company a lot. My only complaint was last year I accidentally scheduled Fiona’s annual exam 1 day early on 5/16/17. The premium was auto payed the next day and I got no reimbursement and company wouldn’t make an exception for 1 day. I did call and plead my case but to no avail”

“I find that Pets Best is really convenient and easy to use. I like that I can choose my own options and customize my coverage for whats best for my Wilbur. The only reason I gave four stars is because I've found the claims processing to rather slow.”
