“Everything has been great up until recently. I wanted to add chiro, PT, and acupuncture to my policy... but they told me I couldn't. The only way to do that is to get a new policy, wait out the waiting periods. And if my dog has any existing conditions, those won't be covered. This should be fixed. You should be able to just add this. Other than that, I am happy with them. Great customer care.”

“I am overall pleased with Pets Best, however I am frustrated with the constant delays in processing claims since last September. The most recent claim was processed 5 weeks from the date of claim submission which was the date of surgery, so we had to carry that high cost of surgery for over a month. Other than that, I think it's a good policy and definitely worth having.”

“I am so grateful for Pets Best. My kitty has been diagnosed with large cell lymphoma in both her kidneys. If I didn't have Pets Best I wouldn't be able to afford the life saving treatments she needs. I have told all my friends about your company and several have gotten coverage from you. My only MAJOR complaint is the length of time it takes to get claims reviewed and reimbursed. When you are having to pay thousands of dollars up front, waiting for the insurance reimburesement is agnozing.”

“I think this is a great insurance with all its options for deductibles and preventative care. My only complaint is the timely manner in which they process claims. I’ve been with another insurance that paid their claims much faster and they were more expensive so you have to decide what’s important to you when you decide what insurance you go with.”

“I was a little surprise they didnt cover more of my vet bill. I make sure to do annual checkup to keep my dog Rosie well. They just didnt cover some of the test. But Rosie is doing great.”

“Overall we have been very happy with Pets Best, competitive premiums and terrific client support. The past couple of claims were done incorrectly as per the conditions of our policy and even though it was an error on the part of Pets Best, I was told I had to fill out an appeal form for both situations. So I had to take time to make multiple phone calls and fill out these appeal forms. The 2 claims were fixed but it was a frustrating process.”
