“After paying for years without using insurance l find myself needing to use it. I was fearful it was going to be a hassle and add to the stress I’m already going thru due to my dogs illness. I appreciate your prompt response and hassle free reimbursement process.”

“So far I have been happy with the insurance. Since I do have insurance it would be easier and more convenient as a policy holder if Pets Best would work with more Veterinarians clinics and help pay directly to the vet instead of having to pay everything at a visit and then submit a claim. Since the amounts are clear of up to what will be covered for example with wellness visits why can't we just pay the difference by me and the rest be paid by me. I don't agree that some vets only do this with insurances they have a relationship with. It should be equal across the board with insurance companies if the pet owners are being responsible and making sure our fur babies are getting the coverage and routine care.”

“Cost for pet healthcare varies from one clinic to another. Although very pleased with our clinic, I do feel that cost on treatment is somewhat higher. I do appreciate all expenses that ARE covered; however, there are some expenses where only a portion, and/or none of the fees are covered. Is there a chart of the “normal” fees charged overall by veterinarians? Otherwise, service and processing of claims are satisfactory, based on my dog’s age and his health.”

“Although the premiums are high, they are reasonable about reimbursement. With vet care costs going up, one or two fairly simple mishaps will easily offset the premium.”

“Pets best makes me feels more relaxed about making choices for my pets health. They cover a good portion of annual care, and even more when there is an accident or illness. Our older cat gets sick very often and though pets best can take a bit longer to return the claim, it significantly helps with the costs.”

“The claims process is long. Definitely was expecting quicker processed claims like maybe 3-4 days, but mine have been longer than a week each time. Hopefully you all find a way to expedite the claims process in the future”

“Overall good. I think with the accident and illness policy, since I am paying over $50 month for 2 dogs, it would be appreciated if some of the services deemed as "unnecessary" yet are to treat an illness were covered and not excluded.”
