“Claims are processed in a timely fashion. You have to insure the Vet provides detailed invoices.”

“Quick turnaround in all claim settlements, so far. The microchip allowance should be expanded to include the annual enrollment fee all microchip plans require vice just the one-time microchip insertion. Likewise, the allowance for heartworm prevention is too low compared to the high cost of preventative medicine. All the other allowances are realitively fair in comparison to the costs incurred.”

“I have only had the coverage a couple of months but i love it already. I submitted my 1st claim and was reimbursed according with my plan options. I would definitely recommend them because every little bit helps.”

“I’m beyond happy with Pets best. They paid out a claim for elbow dysplasia for my young puppy that would have otherwise made surgery a big financial strain. Their processing time is a bit slow, but every time I called and spoke to a customer service representative they were kind and helpful.”

“Overall PetsBest has been great for my pets insurance needs. I also enjoy their great telephony service with vets that you can discuss potential pet issues with. I would have rated the service "Very Good" had the process times for claims be a bit more expedited.”

“My dog has better insurance than I do! I was looking for a plan that included a wellness plan as well as full illness/accidental coverage and Pets Best offered the most has comprehensive coverage plan. It's easy to file a claim; they reimburse quickly and their Whiskerdoc feature is so helpful. I'm glad my Chihuahua has his insurance through Pets Best. Definitely a good investment the past 3 years.”

“Have had PetsBest insurance for almost 8 years. Claims have been quickly processed and I'm grateful that I'm able to get the care my dogs need without too much stress financially. I like the amount of customization they offer on policies too. I do wish they offered more coverage for chiropractic/acupuncture now that my dogs are older and benefit so much from those treatments.”

“PetsBest seems to reimburse fairly and often on things they could really be hard line on. Their turnaround time on reimbursement use to be less than two weeks. It has become longer and started before COVID restrictions. Initial reimbursement still occurs in a realistic time frame on the other hand if you do appeal a reimbursement it can take them over a month to reply. They have a easy claim submission process and nice customer service reps.”

“I’ve been very happy with Pet’s Best. Their response time and ease of filing claims is excellent. I don’t understand how things are classified as illness/injury, and wish we could change our policy without having to completely cancel it. However, I’ve been happy enough to recommend Pet’s Best to friends and clients”
