“Only reason I give them 4 stars is because I am very new. I switched from another and so far I am happier with pets best. They’re not only the most affordable pet insurance, but they also have a very good customer service and filing a claim is easy. It took a few weeks to get my money but I’m hoping that’s because it was my first time.”

“When faced with the high costs of pet care when the unimaginable happens, best pets gives you a small relief in the cost of the care of your fur family. while prices climb so does the stress of making the right call for them and you. with Best Pets coverage you can at least know that your outlay of $$ will not be as hard as it could have been. This allows you to make, in some cases, a life saving choice that without that back-up they provide might be different for your family.”

“Overall good. But lately PB has found reasons not to cover items. Plus PB recently takes a long time to process. Not sure how they stack up with others, financially, but I pay a lot, and get a refund which I think is less than when PB was bought out. wish they were more customer oriented.”

“I have had Pets Best Insurance for close to 10 years, for two different dogs, one of whom has passed. Prices do rise each year, but that is to be expected. It is worth it for me to have that back-up when health issues arise. I sent in recent documents during this "Stay at Home" period. It took a couple of weeks to process, very understandable during this crazy time. Thank you for helping me take good care of my little dog, Precious, Pets Best!”

“In general I am happy with Pets Best insurance. My only complaint is the length of time it takes to be reimbursed after a claim is submitted. My claims are continuously taking longer to be reimbursed.”

“We were getting a puppy and started thinking about Pet insurance. We checked out many and decided on Pets Best. One of the reasons we chose PB was there customer service rep that I spoke to. She was so kind, quick to answer my questions, knew the answers, was not rushed in her answers. Since we have gotten our puppy we have made our first claim. The app is very user friendly! Extremely happy!”

“The response time to my claim was fast and I liked that I could track the progress in my Pets Best app. My coverage reimbursement was directly deposited into my checking account within 24 hours of receiving the email that the claim was closed.”
