“PETS BEST is still the best but it is taking longer and longer to complete claims that are set. Refunds are paid for most services but it takes longer for this to happen. Perhaps this will get better. Thank you for years of great service. :-)”

“For the most part, Pets Best has been very good. Usually processes claims quickly, etc. However, the cost of this insurance has gone up exponentially each year my dog ages. Probably by next year, it will be beyond my means to continue it. Most years I barely use it, but as my dog ages, I will surely need it more then. And by then, I won't be able to afford it. I know insurance is a game of "risk." But I feel pet insurance companies -- Pets Best included -- pass on far too much of that "risk" to the loving pet guardians.”

“actually, I did not sign up for the policy I needed for Mia, being a new puppy. I should have reviewed the different policies before committing to the ones I did but overall they have helped us some with the vet bills.”

“Sent in receipts and took 3 weeks to get refunds. Did not refund all I think should have, but since I since this was for well care and for all his puppy shots... after 3 visits and 480.00 got back 280.00? Next appt will be in July so will see.”

“The claim was easy to file. There was a delay because the copy uploaded of the bill was unclear. It was also delayed due to Covid 19 pandemic. Received check 4-15-20”

“I had a pleasent experience with my recent claims with pets best. I have 2 cats and a pup on the policy which I pay just under $80 per month for and when my pup got sick a vet visit of $340ish and an emergency visit of $1,200ish was overwhelming. After the claim, my share of co-pay and my deductible, I got just under $1,000 back which was super helpful. The process took longer than I expected, however when I called the representative for an update she was kind and helpful. Also, it is a plus that you do not have a time limit to make the claim, I made the two claims together even though they happened about 2 weeks apart because I realized that I could not hold the financial responsibility of both too well. Thanks Pets Best!”
