“I have been so grateful for PB Insurance. Even though it takes times, sometimes a month for the claim to finalize, it has been a huge help with my precious Yorkie Chula.”

“Only complaint is on the wellness claim has taken to long i put a claim in for my other dog 2 days after the first and its complete. Both are for yearly shots and physical.”

“I only gave it four stars since it takes about a month to process even the smallest claim. I have been a client for many, many years and it has changed from years ago when a claim was handled in about a week. They are very good at answering the phone and any questions. I will stay with them when my policy renews.”

“Pets Best stayed to the 45 day turnaround time . My only feedback is the last person I spoke to suggested I call the previous vet for records even though I had given that info already on an email when I first submitted. Front room and back room didn’t seem to coordinate and would suggest they communicate areas.”

“This was my first experience with filing a claim with Pets Best. I was extremely pleased with a call I placed to Pets Best. The representative was very friendly, engaging and provided the information I needed to complete my claim. The Explanation of Benefits I received was easy to understand. The only reason I am rating only 4 stars is the length of time it took to receive the insurance payout. Other than that I am very happy with Pets Best and would recommend the coverage.”
