“Overall I’m satisfied with PestsBest. Mostly, they pay timely. App is easy to use but not always working and they redirect you to main online site. Claims are easy to submit online and in the app. My only frustration with them is.. My 5 year old Golden Retriever has allergies controlled by medication which was diagnosed prior to coverage. They denied an ear infection claim due to preexisting condition. It was 10 months since the last ear infection. They just assumed it was allergies, didn’t check with his vet to see if this was really allergy related. My other 3 year old Golden Retriever gets ear infections often and doesn’t have allergies. To just assume because one has allergies that caused the ear infection is wrong. Best advice.. insure your animals immediately when you get them so you don’t have preexisting issues. I gave a 4 star review because of their assumption with ear related infections being automatically allergy related. Overall I recommend this insurance all 4 of my relatives with dogs use this insurance.”

“Very fast processing of the EOB. I just thought they'd pay a bit more on the Annual exam, test and vaccinations. Premium is high I'm not sure we can afford this next year”

“I have reviewed Pets Best favorably before and my positive experience still stands. I have insured 3 dogs over a period of the last 10 years, with many significant claims due to cancer treatments, and epilepsy, totaling many thousands of dollars. Other than a delayed reimbursement time at the moment, they have covered all expenses as required by my contract with them, without question. I would recommend them without hesitation.”

“Although sometimes slow on the the payment to the insurance holder.. I’ve always been happy because I do know sooner or later it gets done… but the best experience on 12/3/24 a I spoke with a young girl cause I was looking for a malpractice lawyer seeing your ins companies you might have affiliates… but this girl found out you didn’t have such a thing but she actually googled it for me to help… I to old to remember oh let me google this.. ha. But that’s most important making me feel seen when I am having some of the worse days with loosing by girl… so thank you”
