“Took a little longer to process my first claim, but when the follow up surgery claim was posted it was quick. I had direct deposit so the money was in my account within a week after the claim was prcessed.”

“Overall good but I wish the claims were speedier. It would be good if more non traditional methods such as holistic procedures were covered. I know quite a few people have gone to other insurances so they could be covered under holistic procedures.”

“I’m happily surprised at how painless it has been to submit a claim, get it approved, and get reimbursed. The first time I submitted a claim I expected it to be a hassle and figured there would be some reason why I wouldn’t get covered. But it turned out to be a pretty straight forward process. One of my claims took a little more back and forth than I thought was necessary, but once we got it figured out with the paperwork from the vet, it was fine. Thank you!”

“Good pet insurance, I love the adjustable scale of payment based on your insurance needs. Claims take a SUPER long time to process, so be ready to wait months to get a refund for that vet bill. I've never been able to get direct deposit to work, so after all the waiting to be processed then I wait for a check to come in the mail - but it does always show up! It's been a lifesaver with my dog who had some unexpected illnesses.”

“Great coverage; however, the claims reimbursement process takes a while. I also, more often than not, have to submit a claim multiple times because of issues with their app or email. Unless I follow up closely, claims can easily slip through the cracks.”

“It took a full 6 weeks having to call weekly to update same information a couple of times. It felt like if I didn’t keep reminding I would still be waiting. 🤷‍♀️other than that all is good”
