Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

Thanks for taking your valuable time to leave us not a true review. We appreciate our customer's feedback as it helps us to improve our service. While constructive criticism and feedback for a business is always good and appreciated, outright lying and misleading feedback are not. It reflects more on you than on us. We remember your visit to the store began with a false claim that you had been offered a discount which was never offered by any of our staff but upon your self claimed discount and supplication for a discount at the store we gave you the phone which you did check what accessories are added in it and what's not as you gave up for the handsfree your self so that you could get a little more discount. Now after 15 days of buying the phone at a very good price you are blaming us for a $15 headphone with one star. Its written on our website, that refurbished devices are sold in a generic box with a compatible charger and no headphones included and for not getting it free you are accusing us of such cheap stuff. Really? You were given a discount on a fixed price shelf store, instead of appreciating you are defaming us? “Unusual communication methods variety of different people over a variety of different platforms so hard to know if it was genuine or spam. Slow to post out and not shipped and received as promised within the advertised time frames, but after multiple calls it was finally picked up from sender address by Aus Post courier within half hour of my last call. Excellent quality handset once I actually received. Thank you guys maybe just improve on meeting your advertised guarantee of receipt or maybe remove your guarantee from your website as it builds false hope to buyers. Thanks again.”

“I purchased a 'like new' Iphone XR from Phonebot 2 weeks ago. I was very impressed with the speed of delivery (via Toll) and the phone came with a case and screen protector already on the phone. I would highly recommend Phonebot as I bought a nearly brand new phone with absolutely no faults for a few hundred dollars cheaper than if I was to buy brand new as I originally was going to. The service was excellent and I will buy from Phonebot again in the future.”

“Product great no complaints there. After sales is poor. Selected express delivery and took over a week. No tracking number given with shipment notification so I had to contact them for this. Lots of holding to only get through to an answer phone.”

We apologize for the lack of coordination in providing the tracking but the package was sent on the earliest we could because of the disruptions caused by the lockdown.
